I just came across this article from September and it mentions the FB page now being defunct. Unusual for them to take it down when it could have helped?I wonder what happened with this FB page that vanished? I never got a response to my email asking about that.
LAPD Still Looking for Info on 'Recycled' Jane Doe Corpse, Dental Work May Hold Clues
It's been nearly a year since the Los Angeles Police Department began working on the case of an unidentified, decomposed remains of an adult female found dumped at a Downtown recycling facility. Now detectives are releasing information about the Jane Doe corpse's dental work, in the hopes dental professionals may be able to shed a light on this unsolved case.
The badly decomposed body was found a the L.A. Recycling center on September 10, 2010. Initially the remains were indistinguishable in regards to the person's gender or age, however an autopsy ultimately determined Jane Doe #52 was a Caucasian female (possibly Native American or Hispanic) between the ages of 50 and 70. Officials ruled the case a homicide, however how, when, or why she was killed remains unknown.

this missing person, Sharon Lynn Burns popped up on Namus in the past couple of days. the demographics match or are close. only downside is that Sharon was noted to have a transient lifestyle that might preclude her getting good dental care.
I emailed the LA Coroner's office with the information and they acknowledged receipt.

There's certainly a strong resemblance and I don't see anything in the circumstances to rule it out. And she's the right size.
Ada's tattoos give me pause, however; there's no mention of Jane Doe having ink.
Four years after the body of Jane Doe No. 52 was found on a conveyor belt at a recycling center in Chinatown, Los Angeles Police Det. Brian Putman stood outside a public works building late Wednesday afternoon and addressed a crowd of officers and explorers...
Putman gave a brief summary of the 2010 homicide case: The woman's body was discovered Sept. 10 as employees were sorting recyclables on a conveyor belt. Her naked body had been wrapped in several layers of bed linens and trash bags, then dumped in a recycling container...
Over the years, Putman said investigators have been able to narrow down the area where they believe the body may have been dumped, but have turned up nothing in the way of leads.
According to the FB page put out by LE - LE believes she was not without means for any extended period of time.
