He's sure into himself, isn't he? What I Found interesting was pic after pic of "crazy eyes", then a bunch with normal eyes. The dates jump all over the place so not sure if the crazy eyes vs the normal eyes were in a particular timeframe. From the articles posted he definitely had problems.

5-20 MPH isn't really "fleeing" IMO cuz you can't make it very far, plus, you can definitely be caught up with. Something was definitely wrong with him.
