According to court documents from April 14 (petition for restraining order) they'd been evicted March 31 (2022).
I'm still wondering who saw Marie last and who reported her missing esp considering the
"...a long period of silence—until April 23, when someone texts me from Broeksmit’s Signal account. It isn’t him. The text reads: “Marie has been found and now we need to find Val who is missing.” I ask who is writing. No one answers."
I don't know how he could be sure it wasn't Val texting. Could also have been Marie.

This story may have been posted before but I don’t see anyone asking out loud if Val Broeksmit’s mysterious death and Marie’s subsequent disappearance might be related to Broeksmit’s connection to a federal investigation involving alleged improprieties at Deutsche Bank. Broeksmit’s father, Deutsche Bank executive William Broeksmit, died by suicide in 2014, and the younger Broeksmit allegedly had access to documents and information about his father’s activities at the bank.
I probably sound like I’m a conspiracy nut but I think it’s all connected.

One more thing from the article I linked: $41 million in fines were assessed by the U.S. government in 2017 for Deutsche Bank’s alleged failure to follow anti-money-laundering laws. And I think that $41Mil was a mild fine considering they’d been laundering $ for enormous criminal organizations for decades. I bet those criminal orgs were rather irritated. What a complex douzy of a story....
It is so hard to understand how Marie and Val had no money. She had extraordinary success as an artist.
All the players in this saga (Marie, Val, ST) have been covered in the press extensively.
Why are there no updates on her Missing"????
On August 3, 2020; my 8 years old son is abducted by Steve Toltz with the helping hands of Saba Habte. The future ex-Husband, his ill-wanted wealthy family, an army of corrupt lawyers have successfully weaponized DCFS during my divorce proceedings.
(^) this is very difficult for me, I have never told my story. I let myself be manipulated I carried his shame & denial for years. never repeated his secret to anyone. I lied to my friends, family & my own therapist. As one secret bore into another my married life became a farce.

Death of federal informant found this week at El Sereno high school campus remains under investigation
If a car hit him it would say traffic accident or similar as manner of death I think (I went through a few other cases when last time I looked).

Not finding anything at all about Marie having been located. Not in Los Angeles county, anyway. I am extremely interested to understand this situation.
And no longer listed on LAPD missing persons database. But, still up on The Charley Project as of today…
