I just don't get it, sorry for being obviously stupid . In the news article they stated that they had him on camera purchasing items that were found with Marlene. Or did I get that wrong ? ( which is always a possibility, I'm afraid )

No, you are correct. A month long investigation, a Uhaul that was rented by his Mom, Marlene’s cell phone in the home he shared with his mom and him on video buying items found with her. I truly don’t get it either.

no you def aren't stupid, im mystified as well. there is footage of a uhaul his mother rented leaving the box there and her phone was pinged to his house as well.

That seems like a an awful lot of proof piling up against him. So did he get released? Did I miss the confirmation of that or do we not know yet?

he was arrested 12-13 and out the 17 tells me the DA didn't file a complaint. doesn't mean DA will not just means need more evidence.

Which means he’s already in Mexico.

its really not that simple. if you don't have family there, no one is gonna hide you. it may even be more dangerous for him there. but its always a possibility.

1st appearance today, 7/17/18. 7/17/18 Update: Released from jail, no appearances are scheduled. San Bernardino county-no access. No update as of 11/4
