CA- Newport Beach. Suspect allegedly runs over 69-year-old woman after robbery at Fashion Island Mall

I'm so angry about this. This alleged killer should have been in prison, instead was given a suspended sentence. I'll be happy to vote for a new D.A. in November. The crime here in L.A. is out of control. Long Beach is getting really bad too.
Sorry for the rant but I believe it's a legitimate point related to this vicious crime.
