*Sentencing Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – *Jillian Marie Godfrey (36/now 42) “mother” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/15/19) with felony willful child cruelty (endangerment). Plead not guilty. $500K bond. Riverside County
Godfrey says 3/2/19 is the last time she saw Noah. 11 yr. old daughter in CPS custody.
Godfrey plead guilty (12/19/19) & was released from custody (10/15/20) on own recognizance. Will be sentenced on 7/16/24.

Come on let's get some Justice for Noah. This case has been a pitiful nightmare and lingered on way too long. Sperm donor and egg donor both need to spend life in prison without parole and it kills me that Noah's little remains have not been found and properly laid to rest.

I know the maternal grandparents are heartbroken, I wonder if they have a relationship with their daughter now? She's been out on OR since 12/19/19 correct?

Re: whether the maternal grandparents have a relationship with their elder daughter, Jillian Godfrey. I am not sure, but I can find out. My mom went to high school with Doug Godfrey, Noah's grandpa, and has known him and his wife Maggie for decades, even after they moved out of California. I have met them before, as well as their kids, too. We used to go to their house every so often. This was way before the tragedy of Noah. Think I last saw either of the daughters in 2003 or so? I'm really not sure. But Doug and Maggie are such nice people, and my heart has hurt for them ever since finding out about Noah's disappearance in 2019. Noah's remains need to be found and returned to them; to me, they're the only ones who have had his best interests at heart and truly cared for him.

I really wish that she didn't get a deal she should be in jail with McIntosh.all the delays are annoying but soon Noah will get justice kinda I just wish one day he could get layed to rest .jmoo

This case has made me so angry, this happened in 2019 and here we are 5 YEARS later waiting to try this sperm donor who cruelly murdered his own child. It's outrageous to me.
