Circumstances of Recovery - The female was found deceased in an alley.
(LACME - At approximately 0645 hrs on 10/24/2023, this Hispanic female (possibly 16-21 years old) was found deceased in the alley in the 8400 block of Cedros Ave in Panorama City. She had no ID on her and she was fingerprinted, however, with negative matches.)

Scar/mark - Long, superficial cuts to both inner forearms

There is a non-graphic PM of the decedent on NAMUS. She looks to have distinctive gapped front teeth. As for the "drawing" on her thigh, could it be some form of self-harm? Aside from the lividity in the photo, there appears to be redness concentrated around the inside of the "drawing". The decedent also has self-harm scars.

Just looks like an eye with a teardrop right way up if viewed by her as she drew it, in concentric lines of black, orange and red marker. You can see what scratches would look like - there are a couple of minor abrasions below it - and they don't look like that. They're too regular and even for selfharm. They look like red marker.

As for how I know - I have the scars to show for it.
