Upon searching NamUs, there are two unidentified Jane Does whom were located in the Glendora area after Patricia vanished. I have included links as well as general descriptions.

This Jane Doe was discovered in Glendora on June 24, 1993. She is estimated to have died between 1973-1992 which would fit with Patricia’s disappearance. The victim’s partial skull was found in a drainage area on a Mountain side in rural Glendora.

This Jane Doe was found in Glendora on January 20, 1989. Her age range is consistent with Patricia’s. The victim’s partial skeletal remains were discovered on Glendora Mountain Road.

How about this Jane Doe

The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

She overdosed at a friend's house in Los Angeles County in December 1975. Jane Doe went by "Patty". Height is just an inch or two shorter than Patricia. Hair color/eye color matches

Wow, the details are very promising! Patricia also used Patty as a nickname which fits even more. Based on her case number, Patricia appears to have been reported missing some point recently. If this is her and her family didn’t file a report back then, it’s unlikely the two would’ve been connected at the time.

Was Patricia's NamUs only made public recently? It says it was made in August 2023, but I remember it not showing up when I did searches of new addition months after August.

"Patty" seems like a very good possibility! Hope it turns out to be a match, though I'm hoping Patricia is still alive.

I recently went back to the post i made about Patricia and saw a reply to the person who recommended “Patty” Doe as a match. The reply was from someone who knew Patricia from childhood. This person said Patricia had surgery on her right knee as a child which left a scar. This has made me fully confident this Doe is Patty.
