It's a bit farfetched in my opinion, but many are speculating on YouTube that this could have been Constance Christine Smith, who went missing at age 10 in Jul '52: http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/s/smith_connie.html

The physical resemblance is uncanny. Jane Doe looks like a much older, unkempt, down-on-her-luck version of Connie. But unfortunately, I think it is far more likely that Connie was abducted and killed long before this Jane Doe died.

Wow... that is crazy how much they look alike! It wouldn't be the craziest thing to have happened.

If the numbers are correct, she is 5'11" tall. Size 11 shoe makes sense. I'm 5'9" and wear a 10.

It clarifies a few things and confuses others.

It gives the second alias name as CAROL Houston, not Carl.

It gives her height as 5' 1 1/2", not 5'11"

"She reported regularly to a mental health care worker until she discovered he was affiliated with the County Mental Health Program." (Wonder what she had against the county program.)

as someone who works with medical records for his day job, god, completely agreed. I know that everyone is bad at their job and nobody wants to do their job, but it's intensely frustrating when things become a problem just because people go on autopilot, and the dead can't advocate for themselves that their name isn't "Carl."

Some things are a bit off and her chin is not good visible, but could she be this woman? This lady had mental issues and an appendix scar. She was born in 1937.

I noticed the UID had almost a square chin, very pronounced cupid, she has a heavy ridge above her eyes. Almost aboriginal traits. UID is estimated to be 45 - 60. That would mean she was born between approx. 1931 - 1946.
