I still don't know how the police could not have found a way to hack the phone and call someone from that number to find out who owned the phone.

He looks like my brother in law's sister's ex husband. He was like sixty. Took off a few years ago from New Jersey.

Case much interesting...Hasn't the police examined the cell phone with of the specialistic technicians? Even if the telephone in the incident is destroyed usually they succeed to find the information that they want; perhaps they have made it and they haven't found null? Then if it is true that many people have seen in zone in the days precedence to it, from some part did the man have to also live… will have controlled the hotels or the hostels of the zone?

I found this on the San Mateo Co. Coroner's Office website: "John Doe #12-11 (Case # 12-01297) was positively identified as 70 year old Robert Douglas by the FBI Laboratory via fingerprint comparison on 5/23/2017. Efforts to locate and notify next of kin remain ongoing." There is also a permission error on NAMUS. It makes sense why he wasn't found among MP reports...hopefully there are some cousins, nephews, or other distant family to notify.
