Man in a boat with a girl & he was acting erratic? This guy called in a tip, not sure if everyone's seen it, since I'm a slow starter on this case:


An Oakland man wants answers from Tracy Police. He claims he gave them a tip about Sandra Cantu’s whereabouts and they didn't follow up. The video below says he saw a man in a boat with a girl near where Sandra was found.

Sgt. Tony Sheneman said in the press conference yesterday that he was aware of the tip, but without a number off the boat or any way to identify the boat or the man...it is put into a lower category for tips coming into them. They investigate all leads/tips, but have to prioritize them according to the information given. (They don't call people back to tell them when they do the follow up.)

front entrance to mhp right in front of the clubhouse. They picked up a "strange letter" that said, "from Sandra to her killer" they have not opened it yet. It was placed there sometime after the memorial was taken down (that was per the presser that just happened)
