I appreciate JVM has other shows to cover (unlike NG she spreads her time much better), BUT, does she have to cover OctoIdiot?? She's worthless, IMO. More time on Sandra would be worthwhile.

 I wish everyone would stop covering her!

nurse hearts grandpa in this interview

few things of interest gleaned:
-grandpa picked up sandra after school then went to work
-the family does NOT go to the clover road baptist church

I think there is some confusion here. "Marcia from PA" was the caller we were listening for, she's not Tiffany Session's mom, who was on the show dressed in red. :)

(PS: great job on JVM!)

Oh my ... I should never try to multitask - was on a work call at the same time. Thank you for clearing that up for me ...now I still don't know what Fallen looks like (sigh). And I didn't hear the call cuz I was stuck on my cell phone (double sigh...double sigh).

I'm not sure that we will need a forum. I have this feeling that the investigation will conclude sooner rather than later. Don't ask me why I feel that way, I just do.
but what about after the perp is caught and the trial, etc... I think this one deserves something a little bigger to organize (moo of course). I think it has grabbed attention.... much like the Jessica Lunsford case

Here is the thing I was wondering about the Pastor somehow being the perp (just something that was theorized earlier by others)...

He's elderly. He's at least 67 or some sources say he's 77. Now I know that we can't rule someone out because of their age, but if this man was so inclined to be attracted to young girls, then certainly he would have had some kind of smoke from that fire...say at least other run-ins with the law. Considering he's been in Tracy since the 80's.

Another thing, I think I've read somewhere that as men of that inclination age, they tend not to offend as often.

He's not a likeable character but for some reason I'm having a hard time reconciling the murder of a child, stuffing that child into a suitcase and dumping her in a retention pond to a 77 yr old man.

I just don't know. Slater is a whole 'nother kettle of fish.

FWIW I agree with your analysis even through to Slayter.

That's true. I guess the mod's will decide. FWIW, I'm comfortable here. I don't have a preference really though.

the name of the grandaughter (whose alleged brown kia suv is at the fbi bay consequently) was in he msm: Melissa Huckaby. Le or course couldn't confirm or deny it (of course). One article this morning reported the car being searched as hers.

Want your head to really spin? Try to think of a scenario where they could get probable cause to take in the vehicle of preacherman's grandaughter???

I think we were all hoping it wouldn't come to that. Sadly it has.
And I am thinking that the events of the last 2 days have unfolded so quickly that the powers that be need some time to get a forum set up.

Depends on who they lent the car to?

That's a great question passionflower. I don't remember from other cases that they do have that kind of freedom of information law.

I know Ca has Meagan's law, but I don't think it covers everything Fl's sunshine law covers.

Maybe it was her suitcase? Maybe she is the lady who was dropping it off for the rummage sale?

Any other theory looks pretty bad.

WillenFan21 asked if they searched under the trailers. Not sure who Fallen is. :blowkiss:

I had posted earlier that if this had been the grandaughter that is the mother to the greatgrandaughter that used to play witih Sandra every day that perhaps he borrowed it (unbeknownst to her) and used it to dump the case.. not wanted his own car to be noticed.

Whomever dumped her in that pond was pretty stupid... I bet they had no idea that pond would be drained like that....

I will have to look at the old river map again but I bet you can access it from that road to the pond. Perhaps he was on the way to the river but found this closer body of water....and right behind a nice stand to trees to conceal his actions.

In an interview ealier today, Sheneman used the plural term "killers." Even though he says there are no suspects, I'm wondering if he slipped and there is evidence already of more than one person involved.

FL's Sunshine law is a public right to information law.
