Bringing over from our FB:
There's something that always bothered me about the way these murders were committed. Ok, lots of somethings, but I want to touch on something in particular here. The violence that Sue, John, and Dana suffered to their faces. It's been said over and over and over again how these wounds show a personal aspect. All three? Someone had a personal problem with all three? Who would have had such a relationship with Sue, John, AND Dana? I could see any as individuals or maybe Sue/John, Dana/John but all three seems strange to me.
I heard something interesting the other day, that besides facial injuries being a sign of a personal relationship between victim/assailant, it can also be indicative of a mental disorder afflicting the killer. If true, I wonder if that could include a drug induced psychosis? It's been a long time since my Ab Psych class, but I know a few here have taken courses studying criminal justice. If anyone has any thoughts about this, plz leave a comment or drop me a PM.
