Former rap music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight has been charged with murder and attempted murder after he allegedly ran over two people, killing one, following an argument in Compton last week, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney.

The official charges come hours after Knight's $2.2 million bail was revoked. Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida told The Times that Knight's bail was pulled for the following reasons: “Possible flight risk, three-strike candidate, possible witness intimidation issues and his criminal past.”

In exclusive audio obtained by the Daily News, the female caller claimed to have seen the alleged murder and attempted murder and tried to follow Knight, who fled the scene. ‘This car ran over two guys,' the caller said. Knight remained in an undisclosed hospital Wednesday after suffering chest pains following a court appearance the day earlier. Meanwhile, services for one of his alleged victims, Terry Carter, have been set for Saturday at noon in Los Angeles.

Police have said that, according to witnesses, Knight allegedly remained in his truck throughout the alleged crime.

He reversed into one victim, knocking the man down, and then punched the gas to run back over the first victim and ram the second victim, a Los Angeles County Sheriff's homicide investigator told The News.

Asked if that meant Knight was taking responsibility for mowing down Terry Carter and second victim, Cle "Bone" Sloan, with his three-ton truck, Kenner said not at all.

"(Knight) was being attacked and was trying to get away from that attack," Kenner said. "He feels bad that somebody that he knew is deceased, (but) it's not his fault."

Knight's hefty $2 million bail was revoked Monday after homicide detectives argued he was a flight risk, a candidate for three strikes and someone who might try to intimidate witnesses.

Suge Knight's people are either delusional or lying -- according to law enforcement sources -- because the video they believe will exonerate him is the same video prosecutors believe will put him away. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... there is no gun or gunmen in any of the video footage captured by the security cameras at Tam's hamburger joint the day of the fatal parking lot altercation.

We're told cops are certain the video footage proves Suge intentionally ran over Cle "Bone" Sloan -- and in the process, Terry Carter. We're told prosecutors are making the video a cornerstone of their case.

As we previously reported ... our Suge sources say the video shows the fight was a planned ambush -- and "Bone" can be seen with a gun in his hand.

Suge Knight Hit And Run Footage Revealed [VIDEO]

Watch the video carefully. You see Suge pull up and he is almost instantly confronted by Cle “Bone” Sloan, who did security for the film. You clearly seen Bone attacking Suge through the driver’s window, when Suge suddenly throws the truck in reverse, clipping Bone with the side view mirror and knocking him down.
You also see Terry Carter — the man who ended up run over and dead — standing near Bone. Terry moves into the parking lot when Suge guns it again, hitting Bone a second time and mowing Terry down, mortally wounding him.
Suge claims he was not trying to run either man over but instead was trying to escape out of fear he would be killed. Suge’s lawyer claims Bone and Terry both had guns. Check out the video. As Bone lays on the ground you clearly see another man walk up, remove something from Bone and put it in his waistband.
