Someone must recognize this man, he has a very distinctive look. Long red brown beard and ponytail, mustache, balding on top (none of the descriptions say he's balding but judging from the drawing it would seem so.)

The victim was discovered on December 22, 2001 in Los Padres National Forest, Ventura County, California

Estimated age: 30-60 years old
Approximate Height and Weight: 6'3" (76"); 248 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark red-brown, slightly wavy, measuring 20-24" in length and tied back in a pony tail. Red-brown mustache and a full, 6" red brown beard. Heavy build.
Clothing: Dark green, short sleeve t-shirt, "BarTack Worldwide Goods and Services Since 1963" on tag (no size); dark green, cotton pullover jacket with logo of a man in sports gear, "Starbus Weather Screen" size XL on tag; brown pants "Sedge Field" on snap. Ribbed cuff sport socks with "Nike" logo on the upper cuffs; white "New Balance" brand low top sport shoes, no size, but circa 13" in length.
Personal Effects: Black wire rim eyeglasses, double wire over the bridge of the nose. Single vision lenses with magnification.
Fingerprints: Fingerprints were obtained but no matches were made with FBI records.
Dentals: All restorations are amalgam.

The victim was located by hikers floating in Sespe Creek, northwest of Fillmore in the Los Padres National Forest. The body was intact with clothing present.
