Edmonton police are searching for two people in connection to the death of a toddler who was found in north Edmonton on Friday.
Police released three pictures of two people seen pushing a stroller – a white man with a dark, short beard wearing a hat and dark hoodie, as well as a white woman wearing a hat with shoulder length hair and a dark jacket.

ETA: I just noticed this:

Investigators believe the little boy, who is estimated to be 20 months old, was left in the area of 155 Avenue and Castledowns Road on Tuesday between 10:51 and 11:51 a.m.

I thought he was found on Thursday. I haven't had a chance to follow this closely through the course of the day, so perhaps I've missed something?

Can anyone make out what is written on the hats of the 2 people. I can see the second word "Law", just wondering if maybe there's a connection with the caps and these 2 people.

The women's face, looks like a possible mark or tat near her eye.

The surveillance photos were taken Monday.


Investigators believe the little boy, who is estimated to be 20 months old, was left in the area of 155 Avenue and Castledowns Road on Tuesday between 10:51 and 11:51 a.m.

The surveillance photo looks like it is from a supermarket. Is there one near the church? The boy was found on Friday so he was likely dead at least 4 days. He was probably dead for more than that. JMO

Maybe he was there for this long? Maybe strapped in his stroller (already dead?), covered and abandoned in a quiet alcove of the church? Awful to think about.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday.

There is a ETS bus terminal right by the church, The Sobey's grocery is near there and looks like the one in the photo of the couple.

I think there will be an arrest soon based on the images. Someone will recognize them either together or separately. The stroller many trigger a memory too.

Actually a few of those onesie photos aren't so clean looking. If you look, in many of the photos they're hiding one shoulder, and when it's shown it looks to me like it has blood on it. I was wondering why they weren't releasing a sketch of his face, and paired with what looks like blood to me, I worry what the reason might be. I can google image search the photo and post a link in a sec, my phone doesn't like me.
