Yesterday we brought you a video of Danny Fernandes mourning the disappearance of his friend, collaborator and CP labelmate DY (aka Forrest Schab). Today, the missing Vancouver rapper’s family issued a statement.

Heres the 411,

1st
the cops will put anyone on a missing person list if they are reported missing, its standard procedure, anyone could technically report themselves missing and be put on the list...

2nd,
singles or future projects of a missing person would never be put into a news article, unless they had relevance in the investigation, all that does it take the readers focus away from the fact the person is missing.

3rd
why no reward offered?? If he was really that valuable to the label and a great young talent, wouldn't they at least offer $5,000.00 for information leading to the....

4th
all it takes is a phone call from the police to the airlines to find out who flew where, as well as checking cell phone records (ever watch the first 48)

5th
who has been logging into his myspace page??
