An image from Toronto Police of a motorcyclist sought after a cop was hit on Lake Shore Blvd. on Aug. 7, 2024.
Toronto Police say the incident happened around 7:15 p.m. on Lake Shore Blvd. W.

“The motorcycle disobeyed a police officer who was directing traffic,” police said in a statement Thursday.
“The motorcycle collided with the officer and fled the scene.”
The officer suffered minor injuries.
The motorcyclist was wearing a black jacket and helmet, dark green three-quarter-length tight pants, and dark sunglasses.''
'He was riding a blue, white and red Honda CBR with a missing right rearview mirror.'

That would appear to be a rather distinct or unique logo or emblem / marking* on the upper left chest of the jacket? But I can’t determine what it is.

Let’s hope this individual is tracked down quickly and held accountable. If that cycle is registered or having been sold or titled hopefully not too difficult to find this individual. After this incident, suspect the owner will be taking measures to sell it quickly….. or hide it for an extended period.

The motorcycle appears to be a Honda CBR600 or possibly a CBR1000, but the specific year made is not yet known. MOO

*ETA - it is not an HRC (Honda Racing Corporation) or typical Honda ‘wing’ or ‘flying wing’ logo. Still haven’t found it yet. MOO
