I wonder where the incident happened, because the articles didn't say that it happened at the school. I don't understand throwing human feces at anyone since it could splatter back. She must have went into a rage due to some prank since the judge dismissed the charges, but they have mentioned no charges against the boy or others involved. Makes me wonder if the kid that got hit was even the one who did anything.
