Casey A wants to Travel to look for Caylee

If I recall, after her 30 days of fruitless "searching", she led LE down a hallway at Universal, lying all the way.

I doubt the judge will give this stranger to the truth another opportunity to waste the time of law enforcement. Unlike Miss Casey, they have work to do.

I agree with you. I will be very surprised if the judge grants KC's request to be allowed to search. If she couldn't search in the first 31 days there is no reason to think she will do it now. I still think the request was JB's idea to try and make KC look like a mother who gives a d**n about the whereabouts of her daughter.

If she follows her established pattern, she would go to places that have nothing to do with her daughter's disappearance, in hopes of leading people to believe that they do.

She's already cried 'wolf'. No one believes a word she says, because she never tells the truth.

Casey will have to overcome her severe credibility problem in order for a judge to take her seriously. To do that, she'd have to tell the truth about something that is proven to be true. So far, nada.

I find it astounding that her attorney would consider humiliating himself in front of the court, not to mention the whole nation, by entertaining this hare-brained half-baked notion. This is truly a waste of the court's time when there so many more important things needing consideration. I would like to see the court ask her and her family for remuneration for all the services, people and resources spent on - to quote Casey "a f-in WHIM".

It continues to amaze me that CA ordered everybody "off their a$$e$" to go search for Caylee, all the while saying that she was either in Texas, Puerto Rico or Mexico, and George telling us that the kidnappers "were being watched". Hell, why not ask the people "watching" the kidnappers to bring Caylee home? OR put Casey's "resources" that she was using for 31 days to work! Exactly what is it they want all of us to do? Pretend everything is just peachy?

They could have put the kind of pressure on their daughter that any one of us would most certainly have done under the circumstances. However, they are intimated by Casey. She is running the show. It needs to stop.

It makes me so sick to think about it, but I can see her doing this, going to the area where she left Caylee's body, 'pretending' to help search on a 'gut feeling' and then proceed to "by chance" find or 'come across' Caylee's remains and fake shock and disbelief and ofcourse deny, deny, deny, that she had anything to do with that precious girl's demise.

Casey's Carnival of Cunning Deceipt...

She holds the key to Caylee's demise and whereabouts. In 8 days it will be 4 months since Caylee was home in her own bed. How could a mother who cared whatsoever decide 4 months after her daughter disappeared from sight that it is NOW time to search? If this was a ploy to make it seem as if she cared, then they should have tried it right off the bat...NOW it is just a sideshow in Casey's Carnival, and I for one am not amused.

I agree 100%. It is a complete disgrace that she is being allowed to continue down the same trail of lies that she has been traveling since the beginning. Her parents are still supporting her in her lies, just as they have done all along. If only they could wake up and realize that it was exactly THAT which led them to here.

I realize this will never happen but once the judge reads this motion and reads how truly disturbed KC is...It would be nice if in the best interest and safety of the community if KC was remanded to a psychiatric hospital for indepth evaluation. Jail KC can fit in....psych ward not so easy or fun. A couple of weeks at a true psych ward KC would be telling where Hoffa is.

I am burn-out and worn out from reading about the constant lying and games, day after day, week after week, costing the Tax payers many $$$$ and taking LE's time away from other cases....this case has become beyond ridiculous....with C. still pulling everyone's strings..

No judge in their right mind will allow this. Secret places, secret times and no escort! Everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie and due to that, LE is at a stalemate.

What happened to her feeling terrified since she, the Anthony family and most of all Caylee were threatened? Does that threat no longer exist???

Where will she look? Caylee wouldn't be in any clubs.

I can't wait for the day LE/TES find Caylee's remains, then again they will have a hell of a time trying to connect her death to Miss Lies a lot and family. They will blame the babysitter, LE, protesters but never their lying princess. :furious:

Oh, I hate that I missed it!! So what was he insinuating? They have a "suspected kidnapper" cornered and they are waterboarding him/her to find out more info by hired thugs and that Casey was scared of her shadow?!

It was pretty ridiculous. He said that Casey felt "restrained" from searching for Caylee when she had all that time to do so, out of "fear".

At this point, he said it would be "impossible" for her to search with a "train of people" following her, and wouldn't say where she wants to search because "that would defeat the purpose of the motion".

He rambled on about the confusion over ZFG being a reason for Casey to be better off searching for Caylee alone.

He said that the defense has an "investigative team" that is at this moment interviewing someone "in another part of the country", but wouldn't say who or where. He said LE has been informed.

He confirmed that she's sticking with her story that someone has Caylee, and was so intent on getting to all his talking points that he didn't listen to the anchor telling him to wrap it up, and they went to a commercial while he was still talking.
