Kathy B. starts off every column every day with what Casey is wearing to court and how she wears her hair. This is my first time to EVER see it reported on a daily basis what a defendant wears and how they fix their hair. We talk about her thinking she has celebrity status, well... WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT??? The media and the public!!! And I bet she is aware of every little comment made in the papers and on t.v. and EATS IT UP!!! WE are feeding her ego.

Because I've never seen a psychopath in action before and it's academically fascinating to me. Her emotions seem to have no connection to the things happening around her. It's a behavioral anomaly in my experience with other human beings. She is an alien species to me, and therefore watching something so different than the majority of my human experience is fascinating.

I don't care what she wears or how she does her hair - that's different than being interested in her alien emotions.

I don't think she knows what people post about her. She doesn't have access to a computer and I seriously doubt her parents would truck in printouts of a thousand people talking about what a psychopath murderess their daughter is, just for the thrill of a few tweets about her shirt color sprinkled in.

So far the only words I believe I can make out are "no" and "nothing."
 
I agree with Patty ... and my initial thought was that ICA was flustered about not being able to finish her "filing and organizing" project - the guard was waiting for her to finish shuffling papers around, and I saw the guard motion with her hands as she spoke with someone out of camera shot. I thought perhaps she was telling someone on the DT to please relieve ICA of her legal assistant duties so she could escort the inmate out of the courtroom.
 
I think she was reading the orders for closing arguments. She said I can't take it with me and no. I think JB was asking for her input to give her a sense of control which usually calms her down. The attys didn't have time for her at that moment and were clearly brushing her off. She was sensing this was busy work and wanted their attention. Thus the mouthy attitude.

I think she feels the air, being sucked out of her lungs. Looking busy, and involved is just her way of not "letting us see her sweat" the biting thing is and will always be...she killed Caylee for freedom and other than her 31 days........ she hasn't had it since. *enter wicked laugh here*

ICA just looks annoyed, but I agree with the previous posters about the guard not messing around. She looks as if she can barely stand ICA.

Yes, JVM was convinced she was praying... LMBO... praying... she was reading!!! Too busy to be bothered.
 
I fully agree, she's being rushed, yet he wants her to finish and read something and she clearly says no, several times, and says "I can't take it with me." I think the smile and the exagerated actions are for the benefit of the deputy. It is angry at JB because he won't listen to what she is saying, which is obviously opposite of what the deputy wants her to do, and she's trying to make a point that she's angry, but haha, deputy, can't you see he wants me to and I can't stay and I'm torn?
 
Wait, at the :06 mark, I'm pretty sure she says, no, it's just not what I want to do.

Nope, I agree again, she says just take that with you or something like that.
 
She acts one way, and then one second later, is acting another.

For me, personally, I think she's a weird twisted science experiment. I can't figure her out for the life of me, so I continue to watch and comment like a horrible train wreck.

I guess that says a lot about me doesn't it :(

My fascination with her is similar to all these types of things I'm fascinated with, I guess. I'd like to understand, be able to see (from a distance) and just study things that are so out of my norm. I have no doubt she is sociopath, and I want to know what that looks like, acts like, and how it influences who and what she is around.

And because it scares me more to not know what exists out there than it does to really think about it and talk about it.
 
I saw some of this on a different feed and at the time I was watching it live I felt like ICA's attitude was pathetic. Everyone was clearing up around her and it was like she wanted to stay and continue to play pretend secretary. You can see that she's stretching out things as long as she can and the guard is getting fed up with her. Who turns around and bad mouths a guard who has the authority to cuff you and haul you out of court?

Classic narcissistic, she thinks she superior to everyone. :maddening:
