The protestors should obey the laws, no question. But it is our right to speak our minds. Not saying that there are not rude or crass people in this nation although I like to think they are not the majority. Isn't this great to be able to voice that opinion to me and you won't be thrown in jail? I'm glad to live in this country. No one has the right to tell me I can't say what is on my mind, it doesn't mean you have to agree. JMO

You tell 'em Rozey!:whipper:

I missed that part. If that was the case, then they should have been arrested.

I'll have to watch it again. The feed was cutting out for me. I saw RD and some LE keeping people back. That's all. Then later Baez invited newscrews up to the front door.

I have the video, but it will take hours to upload everything I recorded from Nancy Grace (both shows) to FOX 35.

Everything will be in the Media Forum, in hours, and hours from now!
You are tireless!

Because time is their friend. They don't have to tell us nuttin.

I love the way they are working this case. I really do!

I love the guy doing the press conferences...he has got to be having fun with this. I think they aren't really to inform us, they are all part of their investigation, pushing buttons, making people look silly before they reveal. He looked much more comfortable saying what he said tonight than at the last couple pressers when he kept so much to himself! It also sounds to me like he may be hinting at the fact this is bigger than we think and possibility of other's involement?? IMO only.

hehehehe. What if she sees that and thinks it's Cindy???? That is just too much of a coincidence. I saw that and thought at first I was seeing things.

Will someone please refresh my memory - I know we found the other Cynthia Anthony earlier, before the 400 page release - but didn't the page in the release have some wierd commonality listed on the "rap sheet" for this other Cynthia - like same SS# or birthday or something?

Heard the same thing. But really, let's be REASONABLE. Child missing. Confirmed decomp in car ytunk. Hair that is likely Caylee's. Sociopathic mom. Come on, do we really have to go further? Even if I wasn't obsessed with this case and just heard the evidence for the first time, I'd say she was guilty.

But would there be reasonable doubt?

Casey can't get out tonite. I am listening to the news and they have a guy on. She has to see a judge tomorrow and the judge will decide what is appropriate. Heavens I hope he doesn't let her bond out. Add on another half mill on. I guess Padilla isn't doing anything about his bond. It still stands.
I don't know if it's up to Tony Padilla anymore. I think the surety company will decide whether to allow the bond to stand, given that she has been re-arrested.

YOU KNOW WHAT!!!!!! After listening to Baez talk tonight about his client Casey and her family and also hearing the passive interveiw from TES.........I wonder if the Anthony Family & the Baez attorney is going to MISLEAD TES down the wrong path too!!! If Tim Miller is listening.....then dont buy a word of it!!! Is anyone worried that The anthony Family will mislead the search for Caylee???

Oh this is SADDDD!!

I think TES is going to search based upon what LE tells them.

A bit off topic ...I think that the protestors could use their energy and time more productively but, isn't this freedom to demonstrate and free speech what 'OUR' soldiers are dying for???
Signed,
An Army wife and mother

freedom of speech, yes. but, they can protest while searching -instead of standing outside that house. the same people that ask "why should we search for caylee, if the grandparents aren't" and, "how dare Cindy say that the media and onlookers should be searching" -are the same ppl who say they are the only ones that care about Caylee. If that were true, they WOULD BE LOOKING... and through media following them looking, protest and let Casey watch. If Casey is indeed guilty, it would make her quite nervous anytime someone got close to a theoretical location ---and maybe Caylee would be found. Maybe?

Thank you to your family and husband for protecting our rights. I have family and friends overseas as well.

Thankfully, they do not know about any of these cases going on right now.

You know, I saw something last night - I'm pretty sure - on NG from one of the expernts.

Hair follicle with decomp on it was found in the trunk.

However, hair folicle with decomp could be hair pulled from someone when alive, and over a long period of time, it too shall become hair follicle with decomp. So, it's not the hair follicle with decomp on it that's the killer evidence. And the hair in the trunk could be Caylee's or could be Casey's. Mitochondrial DNA testing would not be able to tell if it was the mother's or the child's hair. They would have to conduct Nuclear DNA testing to tell if it was the mother's or the child's hair. The expert says that when they report about this hair, they are not telling us what kind of testing was done on it.

The expert said you have to take all of this DNA & decomp testing together in a picture and then, this is why, they are close to certain that it is not good news as far as finding Caylee alive.

Did anyone else catch that somewhat detailed scientific explanation on NG last night?

I found it pretty darn interesting, because this is what Jose & Cindy & George keep saying - they don't really know.
Interesting also because this is where DNA evidence sometimes is beaten up in court. JMHO
Thank you. I did see this on NG last night, but I guess what I'm hoping for is this (and forgive me for being gross): Was there a hair found that was mixed in with the decomp, i.e., was the hair laying in a puddle of fluid? If they do nuclear testing and find that the hair is Caylee's AND the stain/fluid is decomp from Caylee, then NO! you twisted *advertiser censored* Cindy, it was not someone else's body in the trunk of the car, it was Caylee!

I'm with you on being reasonable. But burden of proof on murder is BEYOND a reasonable doubt.

I'm sorry. I don't even know if that made sense. But you get my gist, hopefully??? ; )

Okay, now 2 questions...
1) Who's Dakota?
2) Does Florida charge murder charges without a body? Are there cases like that there? I don't think all states do that.

The lynch mob was bothering me, too. I respect freedom of speech and all, but I found the display out front to be a little over the top.

But, I am glad that LE came and took her away like they did. Wasn't it her friend in Jacksonville (Ryan, maybe?) who said that it would take the fear of God to get her to talk? Well, hopefully this put a little bit of fear of God into her.

Ok, so the whole tragedy of Missing Caylee is NOT funny.
But every once in awhile I will find something a bit amusing about the whole thing and it will actually feel good to chuckle.

I come across your post, Truthwillsetufree, and went into hysterics for a good 5 minutes...complete with tears running down my cheeks.
It's now official, my family wants me committed.

Early this morning while Mr. Amity is getting ready for work he walks by and asks:
What are you watching?

Live feed.

Of what?

Of a camera positioned on a house.

After his shower:
You STILL watching the same thing?

Um, yea.

I can turn on the TV for you if it's movement you're after.

Um, no thanks, I'm fine.

Okey dokey. So you are going to stare at a computer screen that has a camera positioned on house.........for how long are you going to do this?

Til something happens.

Mr. Amity rolls eyes, clears throat, barely kisses my cheek as he leaves for work.

Phone call two hours later:
You still staring at the computer screen of a house?

Um..yep.

OK, since you're busy I'll call you back later.

SO...
I read your post and after my own antics this morning and then laughing hysterically tonight for 5 minutes after reading your post...any wonder why he just left the room stating that I'm certifiable?
Amity, you are hysterical. My 9yo son is also amused. I think I've gone off the deep end as well...

And she got re-arrested tonite because, guess what, she broke the law! Yeah, there's a lot of emotion surrounding this case. And good reason for it. But the chit that came out of JB's mouth tonite insults all of our intelligence.

1. Again, clients, even ones out on bail for serious charges, are allowed to come in themselves on subsequent charges like these all the time...even Greta and her panel except for Ted agreed with that. This was LE showboating pure and simple.
2. LE knows how to try to taint a potential jury pool with the best of them.
3. Reporters all over the country are drooling over how many documents LE released while a case was under early stages of investigation....Florida has good public records laws but releases are not generally this expansive at this stage.
4. Sometimes what LE claims is so and what is so when it gets to court aren't not the same thing. Once in a while LE is even wrong.
5. Generally speaking criminals don't make confessions or the situation worse for themselves that mostly happens on TV. I don't have a clue what is going on with Casey because I don't know her and I'm not in her head.
6. Any lawyer worth his salt would be upset with LE over this....now how much they say publically might be a different story.
7. I'm sad for the Anthonys because they didn't ask for this and they don't have the resources to make it any better.

I saw newscrews waiting to interview Baez. He brought them up to the front door.
I saw protesters before Baez even arrived. You are not allowed to protest on private property. I consider it harassment, bulling, stalking. There is no excuse.

By jumping on you do you mean like, "way to go Curiosity Cat?"

or maybe "that's a very astute observation there, C.C.?":waitasec:

There's little doubt with her short shorts, eight hour "brownie sessions" & post incarceration nuzzling that something is afoot.:blowkiss:

So, did they have some kind of relationship before all this, or did love blossom during their jailhouse talks? :blowkiss:

sorry, newbie here... who's Dakota?

Dakota is a local 12 year old who hosted a candlelight vigil the weekend of Caylee's 3rd birthday, at her church parking lot area, with Cindy and George. She's started calling them "grandma Cindy" and grandpa George". She's become really attached to the Anthony family because of what she's been allowed to see on the news regarding the case. Very sad situation.
