Hopefully this will put a kibosh on the Foundation.I can hear Caylee now: "I'm so glad there is someone responsible watching after my Mom to try and keep her out of trouble. She hasn't done well so far. Now if you could just try and talk some sense into my grandparents, I'd be really happy." jmo
Ms Anthony has to serve probation.
OH Happy Day!!!!!:great::great::great::skip::skip::skip:
Hey KC :bricks:
The appellate court ruled...petitioner's motion DENIED!I thought the appeal wasn't finished yet.
Brilliant! :floorlaugh:
Let's see, on a rotation schedule, they would each have her 30.41 days!
She should fit right in at their Thanksgiving table, don'tcha think?
..yes lisabeth-----the "disqualified judge" wins !!!!!
...and a special thank you to Amy for having the courage to file charges in the first place. You did good, Amy!
..love it that the 'attorney shenanigans' were also noted by the Court...

The petitioner and her lawyers were well aware that her probationary placement was not to begin until her release from confinement. The petitioner may not , under these circumstances, take advantage of the administrative error of the Department of Corrections.
“The Constitution does not require that sentencing should be a game in which a wrong move by the Judge [or the Department] means immunity for the prisoner”.

oh, I just read the new news! I'm glad the Appeals court agreed with Perry and Strickland. I felt like JB and company were trying to make Strickland and Perry looks like idiots. Its something but I don't know if this will change KC much. Probation is not such a big deal.
Well, this whole issue should show the Pinellas 12 exactly how JB deceives. They should now be well aware that he is underhanded and will say and do just about anything, right or wrong. But still, I think it's all way over their heads. They have admitted to being unable to connect the dots.
