#4 her child is missing and there is an investigation into her whereabouts - no knowledge

#5 Casey was questioned by police - no knowledge

#6 during investigation Casey gave LE the name of ZFG, car description, childrens names - no knowledge

It goes on but the claims of 'no knowledge' to every single statement? Where did JB go to law school? Is it possible to find out what his score was on the bar exam?

Attorney John Morgan said Monday he plans to depose Casey Anthony in jail, now that she has counter-sued Zenaida Gonzalez. Morgan told WESH 2 News that the countersuit obligates Anthony to give a deposition or drop the suit.

In her countersuit, Anthony denies she defamed Gonzalez. She said the suit is frivolous, because she was referring to a different Zenaida Gonzalez in her conversations with investigators.

Morgan, in an interview with WESH 2 News, also was critical of Cindy Anthony, Casey Anthony’s mother. On Sunday, Cindy Anthony called Morgan “an ambulance chaser,” which Morgan called slander.

Sounds like JM's gonna show JB and CA what happens when you go barking up the wrong tree. Not everyone is going to ignore their statements like LE. :woohoo:
