Excuse me..............it has EVERYTHING to do with Caylee.

They go to the Ritz and have a celebratory dinner after finding out their granddaughter's little head rolled out of a garbage bag 7 houses below their home?

I have seen a lot of things over the years in searches, and that even affected me to think of her little head with her hair still on it and her little mouth duct taped shut. It made me ill and they celebrate with a meal.

I need to quit before I get in trouble on this...........

and what grandparents could talk to LKL the next day and do an exclusive???
Personally I would tell my PR girl to state that I was in such grief that I wanted to die...........the ants could of spent the night with KC in her jail cell,
that's free!!! IMO:behindbar

Turbo - are you forgetting the Anthony's knew Caylee was dead months ago? Maybe they are just forgetting to act all surprised and such. ;)

Ah..........you are right...........of course they have known all along.

I don't know why I let them get to me like that. I know who and what they are, but I guess I just keep trying to believe there has to be some spark of humanity left in those people..........I was wrong.

NeJame wouldn't............he quit because they were LYING.

Nejame's been talking. I find him super-interesting. He's saying more & more. Very worth listening to if you can find his words on the net right now.

Hey - Anyone know how to find out if anyone called casey yesterday & today? I.e.; Did Cindy/George call Casey at all? Or vice versa?

They left the home with luggage and dogs. Where are they going?

If you now knew that your daughter murdered your beloved grandchild in your home, would you want to stay there? I assume the Anthonys will NEVER go back there again. They have family in the area they could stay with such as Cindy's mother.

It would also make sense if Larry King suggested the hotel and offered to pay. I really bet that someone made the arrangements for Cindy and George and also paid the bill. Again, I could see Nejame or King doing this for Anthony's.

Nejame would not pay for this. He bit the dust just like everyone else has the A's screwed over.

Look, giving someone the benefit of the doubt is one thing, but to downplay and make excuses for something that is truly as bad as it looks is another.

Maybe so. It still doesn't explain them going out for a nice dinner within hours of being told their little granddaughter's body was just found. Whoever paid for the room/dinner, I don't care. It's the fact that they went out for some fine dining while the rest of us were glued to our computers or TV, sick to our stomachs and unable to eat after hearing the condition Caylee was found in. JMHO.

Norman's offers private dining to its patrons. People have to eat. The Anthony's seem almost pathologically fixated on the need to eat during periods of emotional duress. Maybe whoever paid for the hotel also arranged for a private dinner to be prepared for the Anthony's. We don't know if any of this was their idea and we don't know if they even ate their food.
Now if we were talking about Casey-- I'm pretty certain she would be giggling and raiding the mini-bar, jumping on the bed and getting spa treatments. I don't think this was what the Anthony's night looked like at all. I have no doubt they had a very difficult night last night.

Actions speak louder than words. An evening spent at a luxury hotel, with fine-dining meal does not say "Mourning". It says "Celebration".

It may appear that way but it really doesn't mean it.

This could all be set up by the CNN people and there were taken there to eat. Really, it could be that simple.

This is how it works when you book high profile guests. You send them to the best restaurants and hotels.

That's really all there is to this.

Chilly, you are SUCH a breath of fresh air! Love ya!

I have no idea if they ate or not. I know Cindy looks like she's lost 50 pounds since this case first hit the news, so I don't think we can assume she sat down to a big dinner and woofed it down. I don't know if they went to dinner alone, or whether they met an attorney or investigator. I don't know if they sat down and ordered water to wash down their antidepressants and left without eating. I don't even CARE about any of that. People need food to live. It's not like they went shopping for fur coats and flat screen tv's!

I'm so sorry that you lost your husband. I reacted much like you after the death of my child. But my dearest friend gained 120 pounds in the year after HER husband's death. She loved that man with her whole self and she sobbed for weeks and weeks, even forgetting to bathe and brush her teeth. But she craved food, needed it, ate until she puked and then ate some more. People don't handle grief and stress the same. I can't say if my grief style is better or more normal than my friend's, I can just say it's mine.

ITA- I don't care what they did or didn't do, go, or eat....everyone's different and while I really can't stand the A's, I also can't imagine being in their shoes. If they did anything illegal, i.e destroying evidence, obstructing, I hope they are charged when the time is right. I cannot judge their actions after hearing of the discovery of Caylee's remains, since we really don't know for certain what they already did or didn't know already.

OT- I come from a long line of food-pushers; in our family we hold a tradition of everyone going out to eat together in between viewings when someone passes. We eat, talk, tell stories about the deceased and even laugh.....we also make sure everyone surrounds each other with love, concern and compassion. Sounds like the A's have no one that cares enough about them to do that.....

$225-$230 night at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando. That's about average for a semi crappy three star around here. Off the freeway at that.

You can stay at Disney for that and less............

There are hotels all over Orlando for half that which are as nice if not nicer than the RC..........they choose that because they are people who never had a pot to whiz in or a window to throw it out of and they are trying to play big shots............They make me sick !!

All I can hope is KC will destroy all of them in court when she takes them down with her and I totally expect her to do that.

They have known for awhile and they stayed there....or course if king is willing to pay.heck go for it. :furious:

Thank you Tricia, the continued voice of reason.:clap:

Do we know that?

In 1999 my wife was in a car wreck that nearly cost her her life. She was in the ICU for a week. I ate maybe once or twice, don't remember, but the grief I felt at her condition totally erased any thought of eating, or basically doing anything for myself.

As Lee Peterson said, there's no playbook for grief. Right.

:blowkiss: for Mrs .

I have to agree...my daughter went to college, I didn't eat for 3 months, literally. My heart broke.

They should have gotten room service and had their meal in private. This is just not right. If it were my granchild, I would have to be heavily sedated especially after they found the body and no way could I eat, much less in public at a ritzy restaurant.

I just feel sick at the thoughts of this family acting as if they do not care at all except for themselves. KC certainly had good teachers at being who she is.

I don't care who paid for the room or the dinner - I can't wrap my mind around any reasonable explanation for even wanting to go out when they could have stayed in and had room service. Unless they were trying to show by going out that they are carrying on with business as usual, believing Caylee is alive even when evidence points otherwise.

My hubby hasn't followed this case anywhere as closely as I have, but when I asked him what he thought of their night last night, he said:

"Maybe it's the actions of two people who are living it up while they still can because they already know they're ultimately headed to jail."

Hmmmm.

*Bold mine

Well said. I completely agree. Regardless of who paid, it is incomprehensible that two people who just heard their beloved granddaughter's remains had probably been found, chose to spend that night indulging at any restaurant, much less a pricey, luxurious one. It's a disgusting display of narcissism and utter disregard of the respect that Caylee deserves. I highly doubt that most people , if put in this situation, would feel up to getting all dressed up and appearing in an upscale restaurant, much less feel like consuming anything, short of a few stiff drinks. It only show me, once again, just exactly who comes first in this family, and sadly, who never even mattered at all. These people are vile and pathetic.

It is obvious Cindy has been too sick to eat since Caylee went missing.

I am betting it was all George could do to get Cindy to go out and sip some soup. Sometimes you have to eat something to NOT shake and be sick.

As I have said, I do not have a clue how or why George and Cindy chose that restaurant, BUT it is a big leap to say that because they went to that particular establishment those people are not griefstricken.

IMO
