What I'm wondering is -- if LE believed there was even a chance Caylee would be out there alive somewhere, wouldn't there be an Amber Alert issued? I'm thinking they must know for sure she's not with us. There must be alot of evidence we're not privy too yet against Casey.

What could they really gain from reading here besides really seeing that they are not very well liked here.......... They are privy to more facts than we are, unfortunately.....

You would think that would be a deterrent. But it's not. IMO, they, Camp Anthony, want to muddy the waters of rational thinking and stir up the pot. They know the media and LE reads here. This is the perfect forum for them to get their theory or defense tactic for Caylee out there and give it some credibility. There really is no other place on the net to give them this opportunity. Most boards don't have the credibility WS does.

Also, my understanding is suspects themselves have posted here while researching their own cases. It's theorized that Nancy Cooper's husband reads his thread.

See, I think we're seeing a bunch of posers launching a targeted campaign on this site. WS has been out front with incredibly timely and accurate information and intelligent discussion. Posers would try to cast everything and every theory into doubt and attack regulars to discredit the bloggers and posters. We already know that media, LE, lawyers and interested bloggers come here to read and perhaps post. The tone of these recent posts indicates something to me. Just a feeling.

In which case, IMO, they will never let Casey walk out that door. I feel as though the forensics are, or mostly are, back ... I think as soon as the cadaver dogs hit on that rotten pizza in the trunk, we all knew the truth. It's hard to admit but true. It's just a matter of time before the s--t hits the fan.

I totally agree Dunlurken. You think that in a month she would have been able to say hello to Caylee who had lived with her forever. That is disturbing. Do you really think Cindy thought everything was ok? She couldn't have, ya think?

I think Cindy is living in lala land. I would have had "MY" car reported stolen a heck of a lot sooner than 31 days, and my daughter knows that. Sometimes you have to play "hardball". JMO.

Leonard Padilla said he has watched all the news about this case from the start. So I think he probably knows more than some may think. Plus it was Leonard that called Baez, no the other way around. THis is of course according to Padilla.

Well, good ole' Leonard needs to brush up on the players names in this case. It's Casey...... not Stacy. Caylee's missing.......Casey is locked up. Reporters do that too. Can't count the time's Cindy has called Casey, Caylee. BH just came up with Stacey. (sigh)

I personally think BH is a fake and doesn't know 2% of what we all know. He doesn't have time to catch up with his camera crew, let alone this case. Remember, he has apprehended over 3000 people now, and he knows how to deal with liars because he's been doing this 33 years. That's why he's so special. There's going to be a successful reality show here soon and we all know about it. Yippeeeee!!! For now, he can be a media *advertiser censored* and promote his show while it's in the works. Clever, very clever. Unfortunately, this is all at CAYLEE ANTHONY'S expense folks.


As soon as Casey's done with her hot bubble bath, manicure, pedicure, facial, glass of Chardonnay, and home made Italian dinner, she's just going to be so thankful to him for getting her out of the slammer that she's just going to have to spill the meatballs!!! She'll take him right to the body and tell him the TRUTH, the WHOLE TRUTH, and no HALF TRUTHS!!! Makes sense to me!!!! What a concept...... why didn't LE think of that??? They could have set a really low bond and let her get out there and tell the thuth.


JMO, Sorry for the sarcasm, I'm just so disgusted today with the thought of this conniving, lying piece of work named Casey Anthony seeing the light of day before we get to see Caylee alive and well. She's got a "get out of jail free card" today. I could understand that only if she could produce just one person that can honestly say they have ever seen Caylee with this kidnapping nanny Zaneida. If so, then I'm all for it, let her out on bond.

In any case, they can try to close the barn door after the horse escaped but he's long on down the road and in the next state. My opinion remains the same.

That actually was my point. But this seems to be one of the standard responses being through out. If there is a "real" story, I think they should go directly to the OCSO, the FBI, the FDLE, and anyone else out there, and tell the whole real story.

I don't have a problem with this....

we KNOW that Cindy was having serious problems with Casey.... the lying, the stealing & I'm guessing way too much going out & having fun & way too little staying home & being a MOTHER. Not a healthy relationship where you would really expect Casey would give a damn what her mother demands or says.

Cindy probably assumed Casey was just trying to hurt her with all the excuses & George & Lee probably told her to just give Casey some time & she'd soften.

Ok, I understand. So in a way, we are giving these people a place to test out their different defense strategies to see which one sticks the best.

I think for the majority here ;-), all we are looking for is the truth and so for me, that's what I will be focusing on - the facts. I think I'll go start that thread and we can post the facts there. I looked and there are so many threads on theories but not many on facts and nothing with all of them all together.

There are certain criteria for Amber Alerts that were not met in this case. There has to be a suspect description and vehicle (preferrable with a license tag number). Many states cancel Amber Alerts once the suspect has had time to drive out of the state. In this case, it wasn't hours, it was 31 days.

That's an interesting point. Why did LE not issue an Amber alert. I was "told" at the beginning of this case, only the parents/family members could issue an Amber Alert.

Greta had an interview with the photographers who took the pictures at Fusian on June 20th. All their pictures are date stamped. I believe that we do have PROOF about at least the pictures of her in the blue dress at Fusian on June 20th. IMO

Not to mention all the people in those photos with her who can testify to the date they were taken, should the need arise.

Did you all just hear that on Shep? That this evening two detectives pulled up to Anthony's house in an unmarked car...the lead det included...got out and went in for a short time and then came back out. They were surprised to see media because eveyone has been camped out by the jail.

My family and I often yell and scream. No one is missing or dead. Heck, I don't believe anyone unless there is documented proof. So I believe the car stuff. But about the pictures, we have no PROOF when those pictures were taken.
