I wonder if they ever asked her to give them details about her face-so a sketch could be made.
I mean that cant be too hard to do if u have known her a long time.

It was probably so generic they would have ended up having to haul in every hispanic woman in Orlando!

She did it whiile in jail and the family has not had access to it for that to happen. However, the lawyer could have had an artist come in for that purpose...but notice he has not.

Very true about mental illness mimicking drug use as far as behavior goes. From what we have been told, she has been 'deemed normal' by court appointed psychologists or psychologists that the defense has hired?

I think what was said was that her psych eval was "interesting" or something to that effect. One of her holds keeping her in jail is a psych hold.

I think with Cindy, Casey, and George manipulating it...it would have gone on for a very, very long time. Eventually, they would have probably made up a story of Casey losing her in court to the "father" and him having moved out of the country etc. No one would have ever missed poor little Caylee and been able to dispute what the family was telling them.

You are probably right. If Casey would have told Cindy the truth (at least some part of it), they probably would have covered for her and none of us would ever have known Caylee existed!

The girl is MENTAL period she is a danger to herself and the community! She needs to be in the hospital to talk about emotions If u want to blame drugs go ahead I say she is mental and its still means she can abuse drugs most people who are mental depending what u have are known to abuse drugs of some sort! Just because you are mental doesnt mean u would kill someone! Most want to harm there self!

She is self-centered, but when she gets out and her former life is gone...what is she going to do?! Her child is gone. She now has been branded as a liar, a thief, a spoiled rotten B*tch, and America's most hated mother for the moment. No man is going to look twice at her which is what Casey puts all her ego into for self worth. She has lost her friends and her new BF, Tony. She has a strained relationship at best with her family. Her ship has sailed and there is nothing left for her. She can't show her face back at Fusian or any other club she used to frequent. She will be shunned from anywhere and everywhere. I don't see she has a lot to look forward to anymore. Do you really see a future from her point of view?!

Right. As in one doesn't exist. If it did and wasn't being released the family would be making a stink about it.

I don't think she will be able to swing such a defense. She has no past history of mental defect, disease, or disorder. She would have to have a lot more to go on for MPD or DID. I don't recall this ever being used as a successful defense either as so many in the Psychiatric community disagree of its existence to begin with. They can get a ton of expert witnesses to crash it.

I didn't think the whole thing through, but you're right.

But while watching L&O-SVU I remembered how several of Casey's story versions seemed to relate back to television/movies, at least names in TV or movies, so I immediately thought what if CA had seen this epi, what if she had seen another show with a similar content, would she try and pull that off?
She's coniving enough, that's for sure.

Or she could say only one personality showed itself when she was being examined by the shrink.
The other personality did something with Caylee but this present one doesn't remember what it was.

OK, so I know it's far-fetched. I might as well have suggested aliens came down and took Caylee but at this point, after seeing here about a Bounty Hunter bailing out Casey, w/r/t this case ANYTHING can happen and probably will.

I find the rope in the picture with the flip flop disturbing. And just for the sake of creeping myself out a little. Casey and Caylee had more clothes than were reported on the day they were last seen and what is listed in the search warrant I'm guessing.

I think they are currently being examined and possibly tested for any connection to this case. If LE thought they were pertinent...the area would have already been taped up and cadaver dogs, searchers, etc. would be there. As far as I know, this hasn't happened so I think it is probably safe to assume they don't feel it is connected to Caylee.
