I think I can honestly say there is no scenario where Casey is not culpable and not guilty of something. Even if she handed Caylee off and she is alive etc. Casey is still guilty. IMO.

I am also impressed with Tony and the way he kept his yapper shut. I also think he holds some answers or at least some darn good clues.
I wish everyone had kept everything to themselves. But we know that is wishful thinking.

Good evening peoples

I mentioned something the other day and wanted to hear some feedback on it. It's about the 'Caylee is alive' theory.

If Caylee is alive and with her bio-dad (speculation), LE would not sit on this information and allow this person to keep her under the pretense that he has every right to her. Reasons being...

His name is not listed on the birth certificate.
He does not have a court order for custody.
Casey has not been taken to court and proved to be unfit, having her right relinquished.

I would like to respond to this as best I can, but I am unclear about what the question is. Is the issue about LP having info about Caylee being alive and sitting on it or is it just specifically related to what if her mystery bio-dad has her?
