Check the media links in this site and or Gretas site (might still have it) It's the interview when she walks Greta through the backyard. The part I was referring to is when she motions to the corner of the pool. She didn't go into her normal long winded "cindy" answers. She almost dismissed it and her body language and tone of voice were really bizarre at that point.

I know exactly what you are saying. She also did the same thing when Greta asked her about the gas cans. Instead of one of her long answers she quickly said "You'll have to ask George"

I also believe if LE had direct evidence showing that a deceased Caylee was in that car trunk, Casey would be re-arrested without bond. Since when does LE let murderers walk free when there is evidence against them? It's not like in the case of Scott Peterson, where he was free to lead detectives to the scene of the crime and further incriminate himself. Casey can hardly use the restroom without surveillance. No purpose is served by delaying her arrest. For this reason I question the recent media reports regarding the DNA evidence.

Yeah, makes you wish Caylee was reported missing sooner. Then maybe LE could do their job more proficiently. They could have persued both avenues and possibly find solid evidence of which-ever happened.

That may be. BUT, Fox and all other Media are reporting things LE has not divulged. And if LP knew everything, he would not be in this mess in the first place. I still feel bad for him. But, he is not LE -nor is Media.

What does she need that backpack for?
I guess all her courage to tell the truth is stashed in there.
LP may like the camera but he says the same three things:
I am a bounty hunter
I am out the 50,000
There is a reward for Caylee

This morning he chose to comment on the "meetings"
He is hardly divulging a bunch of info

ALSO, WAY OUT THERE...

BUT, when Casey posted her poem on Myspace... how many of you noticed it said the movie she was watching was AMERICAN PSYCHO? Part one is gruesome and dark humoured, where as part two is silly -yet has a very weird scene where the girl-killer takes two gasoline cans in her trunk with a decomposed girl in her backseat, and a recently killed victim in the front seat ---where she drives the car off a hill/cliff/ravine.
the plastic gas cans struck me weird.

Noticing American Psycho on her Myspace was just about a clincher for me that IMO this was premeditated and no accident. I then rented #2 and saw that point you are talking about... and my jaw dropped.

It isn't that easy. LE may have direct evidence that Caylee's body was indeed in the trunk, but they have to link Casey to that body. They cannot re-arrest her until they can prove in some manner that Casey, by circumstantial evidence or witness testimony, was in that car with Caylee during/after she died, is responsible for her death, or helped to conceal her body. They have to connect the dots.

I don't question the recent reports and I don't put much stock into LE saying they didn't leak it etc. Of course, they are going to say that and we are going to have to read between the lines. It is the dance they always do rather like an old tired waltz. The news is out there for a definite reason and LE knows where it came from, imo. If we look at the activities from yesterday of Allen and the 3 others...it is pretty evident the reports have merit. Offering Casey limited immunity is another clue they have merit.

Evening everyone.... newbie here might sound stupid but i kinda think that all these quote "leaks" from sources whom are not named or really verified are some sort of way to get casey to crack so then maybe they can find the body before its out there so long that they wont be able to determine the cause death

Welcome LittleLady08! Love your avatar, by the way. Unfortunately, I think LE knows that this far out, they are highly unlikely to be able to "prove the cause of death", but they have to try. Finding a body that is confirmed with DNA at any stage is better than no body at all. I believe that LE is shooting for the moon, and realizing that even if they miss, they will still land among the stars with this case. Casey is going down - no question about it. The evidence is substantial enough to indict - and probably convict - on a circumstantial level.

The way I understand a bond works is you have a bondsmand (Tony Padilla) and you have a guaranteor (Leonard Padilla). The bondsman puts up the bond the 500200.00 and the guaranteor puts up the10 percent 50,000.00 to guarantee KC will show up in court. At any time the guaranteor can revoke for any reason. Notify the bondsman. It's done. KC has a certain time frame to find someone else to guarantee that bond, because the bond is still there. If no one will guarantee the bond then the bondsman can be released from the bond.

Thats how I understand it...if thats not correct, let the arrows start flying.

Seems like Baez is quite "smitten" with Casey....maybe HE will put up the $50,000 to keep her out ?? Just seems weird that Cindy says Casey ISN'T going back to jail on Sat.....I know she's delusional, as well....just seems worse than usual.
