I always felt that this was part of Casey's game that she was conducting her own investigation "not at universal for fun or work" Lee says "okay gotcha" I think that she is insinuating that she would go "undercover" and look for Caylee there. She is so FOS. imho

Well another odd thing about this case not being solved is that NO ONE is talking much. Where was this Casey all day long every day? Who was she with during the day? I find it odd that no one at all knows her habits. Where does she shop? Have they been to all the stores and places like Target or drug stores, banks etc during the time period to see if anyone recognizes her? Maybe Orlando is huge and no one knows you but in my area my bank would know me and a couple of my local stores and the longs etc. Because I frequent them. I question just how much investigating is going on here. It is soooooo odd to me that no one knows what kind of life this girl was living on a day to day basis.

These are my main questions as well. But I keep thinking that the LE must be checking all of those things right now. They must be trying to connect the dots hoping they will find a clue to where Caylee is and at the same time building a case against Casey.

The friends are being interviewed for sure, just they were probably adviced not to give any media interviews. And the boyfriend must have been interviewed thoroughly as well, give a good account of her whereabouts and habits while she was with him.

I think one main problem is that her friend Amy and her boyfriend Tony were away on certain dates. Casey was using Amy's car and Tony's apartment. Nobody was there to know what she was doing. And she told her parents she was in another city for a job interview and some vacations. I think checking cell towers connections right now it is one of the main sources to finding out where Casey was during those days.

Casey leaves the house with Caylee, at about 10 minutes to1 pm on the 16th, according to George, who was watching his "food show".

Geroge then leaves the house about 2:30 PM to go to work, according to George.

Casey starts a flurry of calls around 3:00 pm. Are we sure she was calling from the house, or are we assuming that?

If she was calling from the house, where did she go between 1 PM and 3PM?

There really isn't much time between 2:30 (George leaving) and 3PM (call flurry). What could have happened in that short period of time?

Something doesn't add up here!

I would also bet they want to disassociate themselves with this mess as much as possible...
I'm sure they've given LE whatever they can and are now trying to distance themselves from Casey as much as possible.

OK, here I go again because I'm not sure of a source of if this is correct. But, didn't Casey misplace a cell phone? I seem to remember Lee asking about it on one of the discussions with him while in jail. I wonder if they were able to find that number, so the calls made from THAT phone were checked. This is what worries me about the phones.

You know what else, in a brief reprieve from my blondeness, I just realized- why would Casey have to call her parents and "others" repeatedly on 6/16, etc.. from her cell phone- if they were there as they said, why would she not call from the house??
Cause... she was locked out, imo, those cause are the proof of a girl with a hissy fit, and she took Caylee from then on to pay them back..
I'm guessing maybe Ole Cin and Geo got the credit card bill...

Hey, I think that you could be on to something. Also, there were a flurry of calls on 6/18 which could have been again her anger for being locked out. They would explain why he calls were not answered.

O/T But IMPORTANT...check your freezers...if you've got ground beef from Whole Foods in your freezer, trash it or return it. About 100 people sick with e coli from it. Distributed by Coleman National Beef...same company that distributes for Kroger.

One reason that Cindy gives for none of Casey's friends coming forward is that she's told them NOT to. She claims that they've approached her asking what they can do to help, and she's told them to stay out of it, so that they won't suffer the media stuff that poor Cindy's had to tolerate.

OK....hopefully someone could answer this. If there was another phone and there were calls made to Casey's parents or friends FROM THAT PHONE, that could be lost, anyone think it possible for calls made TO someone possibly be checked. I'm wondering if Casey called her parents from that phone and if a trace could be done that way.:bang:

There was a phone fitting the description of the lost one on a table near her hand in some of her clubbing pics...

But everything in this story has a grain of truth, doesn't it? Or bizarre coincidences.

Maybe, but alot of people still use their cell even if the house phone is sitting right next to them.
