The problem I have with that is,why would he have filed a police report on the break-in and the stolen gas cans if he thought that his daughter did it.

Tough love...I think Cindy and George were finally fed up with Casey's manipulation and decided to start laying down the law...and I commend them for it if that is the case!!

Although Cindy called it like it is...she said the reason Casey canceled Cindy and George's visit could very well be because Cindy canceled her visit with Casey earlier in the week...payback is a *itch! I just have to commend Cindy and George for maintaining their cool the vast majority of the time in front of the cameras...I highly doubt I could be as stoic!

I believe the more I hear and read posts from myspace ect, that Casey did indeed start staying out somewhere else around June 9 and that is why LE is keeping the date, and prob why gm and tony and dj and others keep using that date. It is possible that gm just picked up Caylee that day, or Casey brought her to gm that day for the visit to see ggp.

From myspace and facebook posts from April on, Casey refers to Amy with posts like:
4-5 casey to amy at 10:15am well, i'm bummed out. i missed seeing you twice in less than 12 hours! i left before you got here last night, and you left while i was asleep upstairs this morning boo.

She supposedly met Tony (who does have a pool) on May 24 according to the DJ. It was also on th 24th of May she mentions to Amy about they are going to go to the house soon. I dont think we've ever found out where the house is unless it is Amys Oveida house which I guess could be possible.

Has anyone thought that George bugging Casey about the tool in her trunk, would be his way of trying to find out if she had the gas cans or not??

Casey is a liar and he would have to use different tricks with her to find out her lies. So why couldn't his saying he needed to rotate the tires be a ploy from him to find out the truth about the gas cans??

I won't believe Casey was actually at the house with George until I hear of independent confirmation - someone who saw her, the tracking of her website postings to her parents' IP address, triangulation of her cell phone to the tower nearest the family home, etc.

Sorry, but when it comes to Casey, I don't believe what anyone else in the family says in her support.

Okay first... she wasn't staying at Jesse's house she was staying at TONY's house....Jesse called her at 12:15 Am or so... (wonder what Tony thought)

Secondly, the flag pic (I believe) was really a distasteful MEMORIAL day moment.. not the 4th! Anyone out there to confirm or refute?

I think it was a party called ANYTHING but clothes or something to that effect...not sure of the date but her hair was longer in the pic.

She didn't meet Tony until May 24th, so this msg can't refer to his apartment.

On July 17th, Detective Jerold White obtained a court order for the defendant's cell phone records (407-*advertiser censored*-XXXX). Inspection of these records show no numbers belonging to a Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, Jeffrey Hopkins (in Jacksonville, Florida), or Juliette Lewis. As to the "private phone call" received on July 15th around 1200 hrs where the defendant claims to have spoken with Caylee, there is no incoming call to her cell phone at that time. The closest two incoming phone calls to her phone came in at 0013 hrs from Anthony Lazzaro and the next at 1535 hrs from someone named "Kyle".

So Monday night the 14 into Tuesday morning the 15th at 12:13 Tone calls Casey and she was suppose to be staying with him it the time I wonder where she was.

I thought that at first too. But then I remembered that she is only allowed 3 visits a week and the ones she cancels counts against those 3, so as long as the family continue to book up those 3 visits none of her friends, boyfriends, etc. can get in to see her (not saying they even want to at this point!). Anyway, that was just my observation. Then again, if someone outside of the family visited, that person might let something slip that would be recorded. Not sure what I think about this!?!

Sorry, but when it comes to Casey, I don't believe what anyone else in the family says in her support.

I think we all feel this way about whether or not she was there at the house because the only "source" is George on the 24th of June as well as George on the 16th of June.

I know Cindy said OTR "she knew where Caylee was sleeping that night!" I want to know if after Cindy and Caylee got out of the pool if Caylee actually slept in the house. I heard Cindy say somewhere along the way she tucked Caylee in, and if memory is right, she said July 16th. But of course that's not right either.

So, where did Caylee sleep the night of June 15th?

You know I went back and relistened to that 13 minute phone call from Casey just to refresh my memory on things. Boy she is one horrible cold woman. She is so obsessed with Tony. You can hear the emotion and desperation in her voice about TONY but total disregard for Caylee, Lee, her parents and everyone else.

Since you just listened to it, what was the exact statement Casey said to her mother about "what do you mean you don't know" or something to that statement. I found that such a Moment in that conversation.
