Jesse could be mistaken about the date. Yes, he may have talked with Casey on the 24th, but maybe it was another, previous, call that he heard Caylee in the background.
You know the power of suggestion is very real...as many have noted here Casey could have been talking as if she was speaking to Caylee...and his mind processed later on that Caylee was in fact there...he heard her!

The pizza, the sweat, the purse, the car, etc, etc, etc... it all covers her actual tracks.

Does it? Why ask about sweat in the trunk because that is what Cindy meant? Why would an issue of sweat even be brought up/ /
Was someone in the car trunk and the heat was over bearing and they sweat then suffocated? People tell on themselves in one little word. Cindy knows way more than she has let on to. What is her real involvement in Caylee missing? Personally she looks real scared to me but the fear feature is questionable as to what and how soon we may find out what actually happened between Casey, Cindy and little Caylee. That's an opinion.

she still has yet to move into the house. hell, in the past 9 days, i haven't even been living at the house. DRAMMMMMA. i'll fill ya in later on.
miss ya, yo.

When Cindy posted that myspace stuff she said something about Casey telling her friends that her mother is controllong her life or whatever. That means Cindy must have spoken to the friends to know this? And the friends were up front about this? She must have been trying to get some serious info. out of them doncha think? More in-depth than "Hi so and so, is Casey ther or have you seen her?" She must've really been probing the friends as to Casey's state of mind or something? A friend would not just say "No, sorry she's not here - and by the way she say's you're trying to control her life."

gotta find that myspace post...anyone??? also, it is hard to put ANY myspace post into any kind of context. So I guess they are all out of context.
Though there is no "proof" as to what exactly the 9 day drama was...I read the same thing NB.

I think Caylee was dead within 24 hours, and her murder was intentional. Otherwise, we'd be seeing some remorse. That first phone call home? Says. It. ALL.

Anything that happened close to the 16th I can buy since no one appears to have seen Caylee since then. It would especially make sense if the dogs didn't hit on the inside of the house. Which it doesn't appear from testimony that they did not.

OK...you go right ahead...but we have been warned! I won't be joining you in that discussion at all!!

I'm staying away from that, too...

Plus, I don't see anything suspicious about it, personally. He just called and made a statement. He used to be LE, even if not for long. He probably had a clear head about it, and new that every little bit of info helps, especially if given in an orderly fashion. Plus, he knew her long enough to know that she has a history of lying...so why NOT pass that on, asap?

but yeah. That's as far as I'm gonna discuss it...

Yeah, well we may not like it but I don't want my g-d to strike me down!!
LOL I hear ya! So...Jesse is a no go as we say in the army. Fine by me. I am surprised that Cindy hasn't threatened a law suite...the whole thread would be stopped in its tracks in that case LOL:crazy:

Maybe there were also stinky gym clothes in the trunk? I think there will be an issue with the car as it was in GM and GP's possession (as Cindy explained, rightfully so).
