Caylee Is Not Findable - FACT?

I would PAY AL to visit Casey.

Anyway, my big issue is whether TM knows something (I doubt this) or is merely going on gut feeling or flat out wants nothing to do with all this..... The FL Chapter was formed due to Caylee. I'm sure many in that Chapter still want to find her. TM's comments are flowing big time just as they are starting up. I would think it's disheartening to hear it and perhaps even thwart someone's desires to do a search on a particular day.

I think she is in a landfill, also. TM used a poor choice of words, IMO, and he has 'waffled' back and forth, but I'm not going to hold it against him. The first day out he did more to find that little girl than her whole family put together.
I'm in the camp that believes Caylee is at peace, and it isn't for her her body needs to be found. I think her murderer can be brought to justice without it, and for me, that is what matters the most.

While TM is privy to information we are not...it doesn't mean it is more than speculation since there are so many areas she could have placed her in Orlando or the surrounding areas. I think he knows that the places where LE asked them to search have been and they simply don't know where else to narrow down the field of the searches to continue.

Not findable - what will happen, someone walking their dog will happen upon her remains - isn't that how a lot of cold cases are kick started again or at least bringing the lost loved one home? I asked my Dad about cold cases - he said really the show Cold Case, is something that happens now - back in the 50's even through to the early 80's they didn't have a lot of the forensics and equipment they have now - so my Dad said that the cases would be boxed with evidence and go into the cold case lock up - and teams now can piece together a lot of the evidence that was gathered and get to the bottom of the case.

I have always wished that someone like Tone would visit KC and act like he still cares and talk to KC and get her to give him some information. She might do it for him I think if he lays it on thick and leads her to believe that he still cares. I think it makes more sense to try to get her to tell the truth - JB will never let her tell the truth but maybe Tone could get it out of her?:waitasec:

It has been 5 or 6 months since she has seen/spoken to TonE. Since then, there has been hot bounty hunter guy, hot bailbondsman, JB, and maybe even more. (Not saying any of these guys have had anything to do with her, just saying they were men in a 20 yard radius.) JMO, but she is so over TonE.

I couldn't sleep last night , thinking about this case and thinking about why Tim Miller would say "Caylee is not findable".
Think about that.

If I was the mother or the grandmother of a missing, kidnapped, dead child and he said those words, ... well, that would break the camel's back. I'd be in a psych unit the rest of my days!

Why would Tim say this? TES still has searches for Natalie Holloway! Tim's own flsh and blood was found more than a year later! There are others.

I know this case is a first. The monster in the jail cell doesn't care! The family doesn't care either it appears.

So no one cares? This case has become too much for me to tolerate.

Why does no one care?

This confuses me, TM says she is not findable, yet he then says there are searchers from TES in Orlando continuing the search for Caylee. At least that is what I gathered on NG last night. Am I right on what was said about that issue?
So which is it? If he believes she is unfindable, why support a search. If she is findable say so.
Doesn't TES search cold cases, this case is hardly cold, I don't get this at all.
Ideas anyone? I swear this is starting to sound like code! lol

Caylee isn't findable.....as long as nobody is searching for her!! Geez.

The only thing I can think of him saying that was due to Caylee's size compared to a adult.
Especially in a landfill or I don't want to go there. alligators.

I don't think she will be found either. :( :behindbar However, I still believe they have enough evidence to convict Casey.

The other thing I can think of is a landfill (where she would be now for 5 months, virtually NO hope of finding her), or digested by an alligator.
In either of those scenarios, TM is correct.
However, in the second instance, there is hope of finding some clothing or something of the sort.
If we remember the case of Lori Hacking, they had GREAT trouble finding any remains of her in the landfill, and she hadn't been in there very long.

There was a similar situation here, of a woman who killed her daughter and put her in a dumpster....she finally confessed some 3 years after the landfill the daughter was taken to was taken out of service (full). There is no way to ever find the body, and the only reason she was convicted was the confession.

Brendon Gonzolez (age 4) was never found despite a month of digging through a land fill. His father confessed to killing him and throwing him in a dumpster, months after his disappearance. They did find his blood in the dumpster, so his father wasn't lying. He was convicted without the body.

I think Caylee's body is too far gone to find if it's in a land fill, which I, personally, think is likely. Lori Hacking was an adult, and it was hard to find her.

Unfortunately, unless Casey burried her, which I doubt, I think Caylee is unfindable.

He obviously thinks Natalie H is "findable". Went missing 5/30/2005. 3.5 years ago. Vast water, beaches, homes, questionable circumstances, questionable & convoluted everything. Yet search continues.

You are probably right, LOL!

JB is smart by not letting anyone speak to her in Jail.....he knows what a big mouth she has and by golly I think the only hope of knowing what really happened is to get her to somehow confess and that aint gonna happen if she doesn't have anyone to sing like a canary to!

I think she is in a landfill and so I agree that she is not findable.

I agree, JBean.

IMO, KC is too lazy to bury Caylee.

IMO, KC is too big a wuss to place her anywhere near alligators.

I still pray for her to be found, someway, somehow....

I just had a thought.......did KC keep a diary or journal? A lot of girls her age do....I am sure this was looked into already....just asking....

You also have to remember the family of Natalee Holloway - they are appreciative and humble - they are gracious and honest - they are not rude and publicly thank and help TES

What does Tim have to deal with when he's searching for Caylee? A family who is rude, condencending, and downright mean - they lie and back stab - they condone the actions of Casey and refuse to help TES - they do what they can to discredit TES which hurts Tim and his business of helping others

Which search would you rather do???

I would love for TES to find Caylees remains and say 'I told you so' this isn't a case of 'I told you so' it's a case of a poor child abused and seemed to never have a chance at life she so justly deserved

ITA........I don't ever remember him saying/complaining once, about how much it's cost him for all the trips and searches in Aruba looking for Natalie.
