Last week when the 400 page document came out I found it interesting that Casey was telling Amy that Cindy was going to sign over the house to her.
Does anyone else wonder if Casey was considering killing Cindy and George with the chloroform?

Oh yes that crossed my mind when i read that too...I think Cindy was the control freak and George was the enforcer and she wanted her freedom from them but had no money or home was stuck so her option would have been to murder them IMO

Ah ha, this is why cindy made that statement on NG last night. About putting Caylee's diapers in the trunk sometimes and Caylee peeing in her playhouse. I thought cindy was trying to explain the DNA, but actually she is trying to explain the cloroform b/c she knew last week about that.

I thought she was taking a page from the McCann case but you're right, this is what it was all about.

Ok ... I've been doing some thinking and I'm most likely way off base ... but, just speculation & opinion here ... what if this is a faked kidnapping scheme gone bad? Casey has already proven that'd she would do anything for money ... what if the plan was to fake Caylee's kidnapping & have someone keep her. They would then demand a ransom with Casey getting a cut? However, in the process things went horribly wrong.

I could be wrong, but I think the sedative effects of Benadryl or Nyquil actually last longer than Chloroform. Chloroform is (was) given in repeated doses to surgery patients because the effect wear off after a few minutes.

Hmmmmmmmmmm.obtained from...nurse Cindy?... or...grandpa's nursing home? while stealing the checks?

Yes, it was Amy. Casey took Caylee to late night parties there and put her on the couch to sleep. I sure don't know the page number but yes I did read that.

I am trying to remember this. Somehow I vaguely recall that chloroform is or can be used in the preperation of one of the major party drugs. Either Crystal Meth or Extasy?

Chloroform in the trunk however = muder charge. no question about it. Especially when combined with the computer search. That's premeditation.

The only other explanation might be that Dad got ahold of the chloroform in an attempt to remove any DNA traces from the car. ( which could be the thing that LP was hinting at yesterday)

Chloroform can be created by combining Chlorine(bleach) and many types of alchohol. There are also other methods. Sorry if this has been covered but she didn't have to buy it.
