"She could have got one from dad"

No she couldn't, she wasn't living with her father. And her parents knew she was insane, I have a feeling daddy would have the guns locked up if Jodi was living with them. Elderly people are easier to take advantage of and Jodi knew it.

Nurmi, if you make the mistake of pointing out all of the things that point to premeditation all you will do is remind the jury that in order to believe that JA didn't plan on killing Travis then all these coincidences had to occur. And the only person saying they are coincidences is JA herself. Not a believable source.
Really? He is trying to say that if she wanted a gun she could have gotten it from somewhere else?

my hands are in the straps of an imaginary pyramid game chair. smh

Why do they have JA bookcased between JW and Mitigation Specialist? They look like three unpopular gals waiting to get asked for a slow dance IMO.

they're protecting their poor little abused client :banghead:

btw, their poor little client is not busy coloring today, is she?

So, now they're back-tracking, saying it wasn't TA's gun? I'm confused..

I'm so glad that Katiecoolady is in court today. Just seeing her gives me some courage. And all of you as well. :)

Oh my, is he finally covertly getting JAA back for keeping him locked on to her case for all these years! Wow!

Wait I'm sorry...the purpose was to not be discovered, and that actually worked out quite well for her until she decided to murder her boyfriend.

My boyfriend just called me and said I thought KN was JA's attorney, I said he is, he said then why is he helping the state, he says if the defense really wants them to look at the evidence then she is guilty of premeditated murder.

25 cal gun is a weak gun. Just enough power to go through Travis's skull.
The gun was handy to her Numri and she didn't want to borrow one as it would be kind of hard to say what she wanted to borrow it for.

Does mentioning all the people she knew having guns help her case at all? Nay say I.

So no missing guns would be tied to her Nurmi. And so all those people wouldn't have to lie for her.

UUUMMMMM...she cant HIDE a damn RIFLE!!!!!

But a .25 is EASILY concealed!!!

YES, she could have stolen that gun without anyone knowing...but when they came to search her home and her grandparents report it missing...BUSTED!!!

HE IS WRONG!!!

YES! She had to stage a burglary so the police would think someone who DIDN'T LIVE THERE had taken it. Sheesh! Nurmi would be a horrible murder planner.

You may fear what others will think of your verdict . . . JA's family and TA's family . .. . you are here because all parties involved believe you have conviction to stand by your own verdict . . you don't have to succumb to fellow juror who may not agree with you . .. based on evidence you have heard and nothing more (is Nurmi talking to one juror who he thinks might be a holdout?)

important to talk about the evidence . . . and talk about what this case is not about . . .not Snow White, 7 dwarfs, bad haircuts (?), sexual orientation of witnesses (?), even if you don't like JA . . . I don't even like JA . . but that doesn't matter (JA smiles) objection - disregard the last statement

not about her sitting in front of cameras and saying no jury will convict her . . . it's about the evidence what we see in exhibit #159 and #162 (pics referenced above)

one more thing this case isn't about . . remember felony murder statement . . .this idea that if you believe JA version of events . . she tried to steal his gun - in course of steal gun she killed him . . .she went there and they had sex .....she killed him and then took off with his gun

there is no other felony - it's silly and fearful . . .. she was not there to steal his gun . .either there to kill him or she wasn't

what is this case about . . .yesterday pointed out to you in May 2008 - TA was fearful of JA pointed to couple dates in May.

May 10th . . .phone sex conversation
May 26th - questions about conversation - TA called JA a *advertiser censored*, *advertiser censored* and 3 hole wonder

sometime in late may . . JA decides TA . . . he had finally decided to end relationship and she couldn't deal with it.

the so called plan makes no sense at all . . the very premise of why . . State doesn't have to prove motive - she couldn't live without TA . .. she can't let him go . .. that is theory starts plan in action

remember - in May 2008 - she had moved back to Yreka to get away from tA . . didn't want to be around him anymore . . .these journal entries . . there are no rules on journal entry

she moved away . . . she had an account on LDS linkup - mormon dating site - young mormon woman in mid 20's much like people on that website - look for people share her philosophical beliefs. . .

Ryan B . . she began conversating with him - phone, text , theyplanned to meet . . she was interested in moving past TA. . . why this plan put into place . . mastermind in May 2008 - this very reason . . conjure up to kill TA .. . .

in order to effectuate this plan . . .a theft of a gun . . .she needs way to shoot him/kill him - orchastrated effect - theft of a gun . . . exhibit #125 - see this so called gun cabinet - this inpenetrable force and see it in #326 (126?) . .

go to Mesa with single mission to kill TA . .if she wanted a weapon this is the weapon - a 25 cal. gun a very weak gun . .go to Mesa and kill she could have reached her hand in and taken it that day . . no police report

she didn't live with her parents but they were there - her own dad owned guns that were not registered . . probably more powerful guns .. . doesn't make sense - why stage this burglery? why when she could reach in and get it . . .or gun from another source

what about MM . . . he had guns too . . . untraced no sign of it . . under this concocted theory - behavior - she breaks in steals money, DVD player and
