Yeah.. there was some comment with a witness that used the analogy of getting a hair cut or bad haircut

BUT WHAT'S SAD.. Nurmi is using that in his closing & I don't even remember who or what it was really about AND I HAVE been FOLLOWING this case pretty darn close too!

I wonder if that made the juror that asked the question pist. It would have me. It was as if he was mocking him.

So was Geffner's testimony a flop? I didn't get to see it. If he never interviewed JA then how could he interpret the tests? And how in the world did the judge let Jenny ask him questions about being shot in the head???
