Beautiful karma in a legal way...Jodi is screwed and the state has her in checkmate for 2 reasons:

1. if she admits to stealing grand pa's gun its is pre meditation = death penalty

2. If Travis had a gun and she took it after the murder then its felony murder and that is death penalty

either way CHECKMATE time for the fat lady to sing!

And I just have to say thank you for posting this. I got distracted by RL yesterday and couldn't quite fit together why JM was talking about her taking the gun and how that fit in when the gun game from grandpa. This makes sense and is absolutely brilliant. I am absolutely amazed at how JM's mind works. In awe. :clap:

That sound folks .... that's the sound of Jodi's defense push the needle straight in Jodi's arm.

What they are doing is all but guaranteeing that she will get death. There will NO way of separating what Nurmi is doing to Travis right now and Jodi. The jury is going to hate Jodi even more now, if that's possible.

I was hoping for the needle but now I prefer a good old fashioned hanging in the public square with JA watching them build the platform etc. followed by a 21 gun salute just to make sure the evil is extinguished.
