A Missing Endangered alert has been requested by the Colorado Springs Police Department. Anneberlin (Annie) Perrone (4-years-old) and Grayson Perrone (3-years-old) were last seen in the Colorado Springs area on September 27, 2018. They may be traveling with Harmonie and Duncan Larrow in a 2013 Black Ford C-Max with CO plate HPO258. Duncan may have ties to Arizona. The Colorado Springs Police Department will be the source for news and updates.

Colorado Springs Police tell us the alert was issued at the request of the Department of Human Services to ensure the children are safe. There is an active court order to take the children into protective custody. No criminal charges have been filed as of late Monday. That may change as a hearing is scheduled in court on the matter on Friday.

The children are believed to be with their mother, 21-year-old Harmonie Larrow. She also goes by the name Harmonie Perrone. She’s described as a 5’5 white woman with green eyes and brown hair.

She’s known to be in a relationship with 21-year-old Duncan Larrow, a 5’11 white male with brown hair, hazel eyes. He weighs about 165 pounds.

Police think the adults are driving a black 2013 Ford C-Max 4-door hatchback, Colorado license plate HPO-258, with a broken back window taped over with clear plastic.

Duncan Larrow is stationed at Fort Carson with the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. His present duty status is absent without leave according to Fort Carson.

He is facing charges in the military for being AWOL. Whenever they get him he will be turned over to the military. So, while I think they have the article out to try to get her to come back with the kids since they don't have charges against her I don't think it will work since he is facing troubles of his own. This whole episode is going to be a mess the longer it goes on. To minimize all of that they need to come back or go to the nearest police station and get this over with. She needs to grow up, let the father have a relationship with his children, and do what is best for the kids.

Yes. They have been married since June. His family is in Idaho very close to the Oregon border off I-84. Her family is in Arizona in the Phoenix area. If I had to hazard a guess they are in Idaho.

I think law enforcement in Colorado should reach out to media in Phoenix and Boise and get the story in the news in those areas.

I do not believe the children are missing anymore and that this is yet another instance where the media hasn't bothered to come back around to update on the story - especially since this is out of the same media area as the Kelsey Berreth story.

Arizona is where her mother lives. So she must have been at her mother's (his family lives in Idaho).

Hi, I'm their father. We still have no information regarding the kids and I have heard nothing from law enforcement since the beginning of the year. The case in Colorado has closed leaving it in the hands of detectives that I don't know. If anybody has any information or suggestions please contact me. I don't know where to begin with a private investigator but something needs to happen now.
To add: I have spoken with detectives in Phoenix and Colorado, just looking for more information and checking if I had heard anything. I need to take things into my own hands if I am to expect any traction, they've been missing for almost a YEAR.
