What happened to Gardner was awful and unacceptable. The officers were held accountable and received pretty stiff sentences. That is a good thing.

In the body cam footage, Officer Austin Hopp is huffing and puffing as he struggles with the 5' tall, 80 lb., 73-year-old woman. You would think that he was apprehending one of the FBI's 10 most wanted.

This is absolutely horrifying.
