Another lie. Listed on her FB and LinkedIn professional account as well.

Despite Letecia Stauch’s personal information on her social media profiles saying she’s employed as a “curriculum developer” at School District 49, she does not and has never worked for the Peyton-based district, said spokesman David Nancarrow.

“Whatever she’s posted is not correct,” Nancarrow said of Letecia Stauch. “We have no motivations for what that is.”

Patrick Frazee was charged with first degree without a body.

In CO, you can be charged with first degree without premeditation or intent. If she battered this sweet child with an extreme indifference to human life and he died as a result, that's 1st degree.

Was just coming to say this. My mind went right to the Frazee case

Boards don't fly out of truck beds into the woods. Maybe on a bump at a high rate of speed it could eject from the bed onto the road or roadside. That won't make it any less incriminatory. MOO a single board with blood will not be how they determined Gannon is deceased.

Yeah they probably found a life threatening amount of blood loss.

Yes they do. I guess we both missed this. I said the same thing. Keep reading and you'll see.
A good way to try and catch up for you and @Migmuu and anyone else struggling like I am is go to page 1 of this thread and look for Media Maps in bold. Probably the 1st post. Click on that and it opens a thread with about 16 pages of ALL the verified media stories about the case. You might to look at the last ones (most recent). Look for today’s PC about the arrest of TS. LE will not be telling us what evidence that have yet. Look at the crime on line stories parts 1,2 and 3 for all the evidence that TS herself has leaked out. Hope that helps! Things are moving at lightning speed today.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that TS's mugshot will not be a mascara dripping, crying, sad affair.

I suspect outright defiance.

Who's with me?

MOO
I don't care as long as her hair is unwashed and all her extra rolls of fat are showing and her make-up undone and with raggy pyjmas..

Ok nuff o that..

Need map of that forest in Douglas county.. where the blood stained plank was found.

Not sure it was the murder weapon or merely an instrument of torture or what part of his body the blood came from.
Then we need to figure if his body was dropped before or after.
I think it's likely it was dumped before the wood was dumped..

Be really hard to figure this out without knowing which direction she was travelling at the time.
plank in truck. Child dumped.. then plank dumped..?
Speculating wildly.
Not sure that seeing it will be of much help

Agree. Circumstantial evidence isn't what it used to be, it is excellent evidence. Dated security videos, store videos, Tissue DNA, Cadaverine, Touch DNA able to be detected down to a couple of cells due to the ability to essentially clone sample to a testable size, GPS locators of all types car, phone, watches.

Someone who doesn't see their anger or cold rage getting out of control is Murder 1 in my book. There was a time she knew, she should have packed up an left.

Of course it is murder! And they always claim they "can't remember" or "blocked it out" because of the rage. That's what Skylea Carmack's stepmother claimed. She also initially reported Skylea as a runaway.

I think there were two reasons for a delayed arrest:
  1. They were hoping for a body.
  2. They were giving TS enough rope to hang herself with (it appears to have worked)

could have been testing forensic evidence on the board too. I have a feeling...human tissue or more...may have been on the board, indicating that he had died. Something is indicative that he’s deceased, so they may have been doing testing to conclude that

I thought in the presser they said NO BOND? And where the heck is that mugshot?

Could be no Bond in COLORADO...different state law? IDK.[/QUOTE]

Apparently homicide by child abuse is bondable in South Carolina, but the bond hearing has to be done in front of a circuit judge, not a magistrate judge, who MOO is a community member that ran for the magistrate seat which requires little in the way of training or experience.

South Carolina Judicial Department

Excerpt:
****If the offense is punishable by death or life imprisonment, that offense is non-bondable by a magistrate or municipal judge and must be sent to the Circuit Court for the setting of bond. ****Magistrates and municipal judges may deny bond for all other violent crimes listed below, as defined by 16-1-60 (excluding offenses punishable by death or life imprisonment), giving due weight to the evidence and to the nature and circumstances of the event.
