Gannon's father is a member of the National Guard, and the Guard is assisting with search efforts.

Due to his age and expected weather, the Major Crimes Unit is assisting in the search because they have more tools at their disposal.

Where is Gannon Stauch?

HLN's Lynn Smith asks law enforcement: "Do you believe anyone close to this family might be involved in his disappearance?"

From your link:
The boy’s biological father, Al Stauch, was out of town for training with the National Guard when Gannon vanished, he told KOAA.

“We kind of do the streetlight rule,” Stauch told the station. “When the streetlights come on or it gets dark, they better be home and it was like maybe 30 minutes past that. Started to worry at that point. Then I started texting all the friends that we know he goes to and nobody had seen him.”

Can anyone remember the time she made the call? Did dad talk to mom on Sunday? Did dad talk to Gannon on Sunday?

I wonder if he gave SM a hard time on the hike, like running ahead out of sight or lagging or otherwise just being an 11 year old boy and she was impatient and left him at the park to teach him a lesson with the idea he would have to call her for a ride home. Maybe she didn't know he had not brought his phone along with him and when she went back later on Sunday to get him he wasn't there and she didn't look for him and fabricated the cover story.

Just saw that GS will be on Nancy Grace tonight. Trying to find a better link. Will edit

Edit: Lost the link I had, and can't seem to fin it anywhere else, so maybe it was clickbait. Ugh
Here it is. She did an episode of her podcast on him. Scroll down and it should be the first one on the list. Crime Stories with Nancy Grace

1) It's good to see other Coloradans here <3

2) I would not be at all surprised if Gannon's phone was the only phone left at home on Monday...I have a weird feeling that people in this case know what to do and not to do in situations like this...

3) Anxiously waiting on MSM to hypothetically discuss the hypothetical rumors but not getting my hopes up that we'll have any more answers.
