After hearing King's rhetoric for the last 30 or however many minnits, my ears are trying to tear themselves from my head and run away. They don't like him or his voice. They want to go hear some blues....

You know on one note..I would have had some sympathy towards the defence IF they weren't so obstructive and antagonistic ..However THEY warped evidence on their side so support THEIR side...denying it throughout all h=court hearing..Judge knows it..They know it..and HOPEFULLY the jury know it..

Sympathy evaporated once I saw what their CIC was all about and both of their experts ( 1 of which wasn't even board certified) ...They ( DF) are all full of BS just like their client....Sure he has some mentally ill aspects..BUT no one can actually say he didn't KNOW what he was doing...

Gur for me ( non-board certified) assumed he was because of her agenda...later scan's and lack of interviews of parental background ( personal interviews) and took what Def. team told them was the truth in it's entirety !! BAD Clinical action in MPOV!!!

He left out the critical part of Rule #1 to decide if someone is insane. You not only have to be mentally ill but the important part is you have to be SO mentally ill that you dont know what you are doing (or dont know right from wrong).

He lied to the jury by leaving out that part of Rule #1.

Rule #2 involves being able to develope a culpable mental state.
