I always thought manslaughter was an accidental death but the person must be punished for it. How can this apply here?!

Ohhh..I just put it together <Headslap> The reason there is 2 charges for each offence is due to 1) murder charge for each 2) Malice and Indifference to human life for each
The same holds true for injured 1) attempted Murder 2) Malice and Indifference for human life
The above has to be found only if they believe the defendant is SANE!!

The Malice/indifference has been proven almost daily for all 82
Murder too ..even defence admitted he was the shooter!!

Yep -- but you have done -- and are still doing -- your duty to the victims and their families and to your State. You have made a big sacrifice, as you should when you were called. And you never know what may happen. I would be disappointed yes, but I would still have some pride in stepping up and doing a wonderful democratic thing as provided by that amazing document, The Constitution of the United States of America. It's a big deal.
