I like that juror question about, 'have you found other defendants act similarly when arrested' -not exact quote. Because not too many people resist arrest. Def makes a big deal he was co-operative. He knew the jig was up, there was no way out. He was planning an escape because he had those tire puncturing hardware that he bought!

I wonder if the juror is LE type... seems very pro-prosecution to me...especially with questions that seem to destroy what ever the defense just did...

I find myself wondering what the JA trial would have been like with this judge. He acts with much more of a strong/stern presence - as if it is he who is completely in charge of both the prosecution and defense team. Its refreshing.

shorter....the attorneys would have been overworked. So weird the hours they kept there vs. this and other court cases....This Judge also seems to make his point and stick to it. I also LOVE the respect that the lawyers give him--stand when addressing him---(granted they should press that mic button :gaah But I also love this Judge and that male DA
