Oh My. James Egan Holmes life has value. It does have value but All the people he killed and disfigured have a value too.
Ms.Brady gave her message loud and clear. James Egan Holmes needs to be punished with the death penalty. The same Penalty James Egan Holmes gave to all these people without regret.

Probably because he really wasn't taking them as prescribed...This is the one huge achilles Hell in Psych care and treatment....Therapist talk with patient/client..and have to rely on their self reporting..No one can get any informations..nor can anyone include information unless patient ( disturbed patient) agrees to information sharing....

My point is..many patients want help..and seek help from not only their therapist but their family, and friends....However..folks like J. who said he wanted help..deceived his family, his therapist and was capable to presenting no outward appearances of being disturbed...So was he seeking an excuse..or setting up HC provider's as the PATSEY ( as many want to blame now for not committing him)..He truly tried out various venues to see just how far he could push them..He knew Data Gargi wouldn't go along with his plan..and knew Fenton/Feinstein wouldn't either..So capable of acting just normal enough to preclude them from committing him...

Long and short..Sure he has a rather sick viewpoint of life, lacks empathy, understands Folkways and Morays of life..and capable to keep within those boundaries...Does this mean he is delusional and psychotic?? nope..Does it mean he is capable of manipulation of people..Yes..Thus diagnosis by Dr. Reid..Schizotypal ( personality disorder) incapable to empathy...sure can act the part when suits their needs..but truly does NOT give a CARE!

Psychiatric medicine is such a difficult profession..because how does any of them know IF their patient is truly sick..yet refuses to be forthcoming..and blocks out their closest family member who has always supported them...Unless said patient really did NOT want help and only wanted to fulfill his fantasy!!

Far too many people in this world are like that..history tells the tale of people who will go so far to mass murder, mass rape, mass inflict harm on others....Sorry..I'm not listening to stream..so kind of got long winded there.. :blushing:

I watch on Denver 7 news live feed on YouTube. It works most of the time.
