When I read that, the breath went right out of me -- just like someone had hit me in the chest. I couldn't breathe it back in for a few seconds. Still out of breath. Who knows when something will just take the wind out of you? For me, it was that. Oh, dear God.
Sorry for the "all about me"...
I feel this is going to be a swift DP verdict.
Not cessarily..however..J hasn't elicited any empathy from this Jury..so who Knows??
I had to take a BR break..come back to find juror's dismissed and Judge/Lawyers discussion longs on Thursday..Doesn't appear Coward j ( he's now diminished to lower case) will say a word.
Anyway I did hear Juror's will be back or at least the the court will be Back @ 840 MT ( 1040 EDT-940 PT- and last but not least Maisie time!! 3:40..LOL ))

Does anyone remember if the judge gave the jurors an instruction about sympathy or emotions when the defense was giving their 'the life story of jimmy?' or when his parents testified? He's giving that instruction several times a day, at each break. So, they can have sympathy to jh but not for the people who died? Sometimes, I get so frustrated how the defendant gets more rights than the victims!!!!!!!!!!!!
She said she ID'd Mikala's DL. They showed her the drivers license, not her body at that time. They obviously found her DL on her & wanted to verify that she was the person, her sister belonged to. I think that's what I took it to mean.
Today has been tough. I told my husband that this part of the trial is way harder to listen to than the guilt phase. I found myself having to stop listening because I was becoming angry and emotional.

I've been popping in & out of this thread. Thanks for all the comments & updates.
I found this from earlier today. I'd say these jurors are emotionally invested in this no matter how hard the defense tries to break it.

Some of jurors crying and wiping eyes while Tom Sullivan talks about his son Alex who was killed on his 27th birthday. #theatershooting

I agree, atthelake. Unnecessarily polarizing.
