Agree. I know we had pages of conversations here about how PF could have pre-typed those texts on KB’s phone, airplane mode, phone got turned back on in ID, texts sent, etc. , but ... I guess that’s possible ... but IMO, I am leaning towards that’s not what happened, and instead, someone in ID turned the phone on, typed and sent the texts, and then turned the phone off and disposed of it.

I tend to agree with you with the only diffierence is I think there was collusion between two parties on exactly what to say to both the workplace and to PF.

Not sure if it was predrafted or just written down on paper beforehand but somehow the wording of the texts had to be carefully done. And to get the workplace text# to text to.

And the plan on how to react if workplace texted back.

I’m super confused about why we assume IN came first; according to MSM, KB and PF began dating in “early 2016” and by all accounts, PF and IN have been dating “since 2016.” How do we know PF and KB weren’t dating first, and IN came along later in 2016 after her divorce? And by that point the plans were set for PF to help KB move down to CO? Maybe I just missed something somewhere that has a more specific timeline.

When reading the below statement I take that to mean longer then 2016.

Not necessarily. If a major plea deal is in the works or maybe one is already done.

There have been numerous cases where semi-guilty people get pretty good plea deals so long as they agree to testify against someone that is more culpable.

I wish there was a reliable timeline on the relationships, when exactly they became serious, at least for KK and KB. We know KB moved to CO in 2016 after only "knowing" him for 3 months, with him helping her with the move. Three months later KB is expecting. We know KK was divorced in 2016.
Any other verifiable details?

I know I've been there many times, (we live in the Springs near the Garden of The Gods) and on the McDonalds side of the highway there appears to be what is an underpass with stairs and red railings going under the highway? Right where they are building the new grocery store/store.

That's ok! Not new I've seen it for years now since I've been here. And Yes I think they are building a Natural Grocers there right now.

Christina Noudga made a sweet deal testifying against DM but she was formally charged first. The deal came after.

I have actually never used it either. Across the street from Safeway, they are opening a new Natural Grocers at any moment!

Just found this last night on Microsoft's web page. Microsoft now has a brand spanking new app called Your Phone that lets you sync your phone with your computer. You can see, receive, and send text messages over your computer. It requires the phone to have a wifi connection and for the computer to be connected to the internet. It works through your Microsoft account that you log into your computer with. Then, when you set up, you put the phone number in. It has to be an Android phone to be able to send texts from your computer. This works through the cloud. This came out with the October 2018 Windows 10 Update. SOOOOO...this means that PF could have had someone turn on the cell...who was miles away from him, and then he could have sent text messages to himself and to Doss from the comfort of his own home.

This does not get KK off the hook, because she would have been able to see the text messages on the phone. Also, since this is new, he would have had to know about it, but if he were to google sending text messages from your computer, he would have pulled it up.

This only obstacle would be knowing her password to log into her computer (Microsoft password). However, he knew how to log into her phone, and most people keep some of their passwords written down somewhere.

I installed it on my phone, and it only takes a few steps. Microsoft really guides you through it. I tested it out, and it works. Here is the Microsoft link:

It's in LE's interest to keep PF guessing as to what KK has divulged or not divulged.

The fact that she hasn't been charged as at least an accessory after the fact makes me think she doesn't know all of what happened and there is still someone else out there that LE is trying to find.
