It would’ve interesting to know if the jail is keeping an eye on PF 24/7 via closed circuit video monitoring. I’d love to know how his demeanor is inside that shoe box he’s called home for the past 3 months. If I had to speculate, me thinks he’s probably had some pretty hefty outbursts as he’s playing out KKs testimony in his head. It would be very telling indeed and a testament to his temper if he’s become angry (punching, kicking things, pulling his helmet hair out, etc). I’d love to be a fly on the wall of that cell!

My hubby hasn’t really kept up with this case however we wAtched the Dateline together and he said “ Thst stupid man left Kelsey for THAT? Wow he really is dumb”.

They don't need to prove the bat was there.
They just need to prove KB was murdered, and that PF is the one who murdered her.
Her blood is all over that townhome.
It was a violent death.
PF told KK to get over there as she "had a mess to clean up."
His mess. His bloody mess.

I don't think jurors are going to get too hung up on whether it was a Louisville slugger or some other blunt instrument that did the damage.

The prosecution doesn't need to produce the murder weapon.

They have a mountain of circumstantial evidence courtesy of PF's utter PFery.
And KK's big mouth testimony, which the evidence will corroborate.
It won't just be her word...it will be her word as backed up by the circumstantial evidence.

There are murder convictions without a body/bodies all the time. It's less than ideal, but if the DA can present a theory based on the facts of the case, it can be done, and is done in courtrooms all across America.

The prosecution doesn't have to prove guilt beyond ANY doubt, but proof beyond a reasonable doubt. This is where they will be working overtime to dot the i's and cross the t's. They know what they're up against and they know how the public feels in regards to deal made with KK. They will be prepared and have evidence we're not aware of to further solidify their theory come court time.

They may not have her body, but they have parts of her body in the bathroom floor, bathroom wall, other rooms, fireplace, maybe on PF's mop, bleach bottle, PF's shoes, etc. One needs hip waders to go thru all the evidence here. IMO

One other thing that I cannot say enough, how awesome was CB during all of this? Can you even imagine as a Mother the hell on earth and turmoil going on inside of her, but having to put on a face and front in the Press Conferences and interviews she did knowing what PF had done to her lovely daughter and the fact that her innocent baby K was in his custody???

I commend her actions, her grace and fortitude during this incredibly horrific time. She stood tall and proud for KB in getting and keeping focus on her daughter's case to LE and the media. CB is a hero Mom and a wonderful human being in my opinion. I hope the this family prevails against the wrongs done to KB and can return back to their lives and move forward after this horrible trial and the civil suit. Raising Baby K to be a smart, strong young woman will be the greatest gift they can give KB.

Also proves that both of them knew KB was dead. You don't text yourself from the phone of person you think might be alive.

Yes, unless they are being held captive somewhere, which I don't think happened here.

Yup. There is certainly a motive for her.

But without means and opportunity, it won’t mean much.

And even if somehow they can muddy the waters as to KK’s location, PF still returned to the house after he claimed to have last seen her, and had KK’s phone right next to his, for two days after that.

All while sending texts, and having conversations, with a dead woman.

supposedly the only way KK ever got into KB's house was by PF giving her keys. no signs of forced entry.
