This was a massive cleanup ... 70 post had to be removed, primarily due to back and forth discussion of a conspiracy theory that was introduced with no basis in known fact. If you see some posts that were missed, please Alert and we'll deal with them.

Contrary to what some members think, no you cannot post just whatever you feel like and derail the thread with discussion of wild speculation, WS rules and moderation. Websleuths is fact based. Conspiracy theories are not allowed. Theories and speculative opinion must be based on some known fact that is available from either MSM or LE. There is absolutely nothing to support theories or spec that member of PF's family who are in law enforcement had any bearing on or involvement in a plea deal with the prosecution.

I totally agree with you. This sweet baby can never be placed with the F family again. It is such a toxic environment for her, knowing what we now know, about her being present during the brutal murder of her mother, and being ferried around while they transported and burned the remains and bought supplies at Walmart between the vile deeds.

She needs to be fully protected from this family and sadly, KK was the only person that could do so at the time. It is a sad trade off, but a necessary one, imo.

But KK's future is not going to be a bed of roses. JMO

Yes, agreed. It's very unfortunate that KK had to be the recipient of such a sweet deal.
Unfortunate, but as you said, necessary.

The reality is that it's not your salt-of-the-earth, upstanding, decent, moral types that bad guys solicit to murder for them, primarily because those good people would have nothing to do with a solicitation attempt. It's depraved degenerates like KK who get solicited.

Sometimes, you just don't want to see how the sausage gets made.
But, boy, that sausage sure tastes great after it's been cooked and served, doesn't it?

KK didn’t kill anyone, but what she did was depraved.

She’ll never look at anyone the same way after that.

I dropped out for a couple of weeks. Last I knew, that hearing a couple of Fridays ago wasn't actually for PF to make his plea, right? What was it about, then?

Nothing at the landfill, either, correct? I didn't expect there would be. Anyone know why they decided to search there?

Unfortunately, nothing was found during the landfill search.

The arraignment hearing was scheduled for April 5th, but the defense requested a continuance, which the judge agreed to, so the arraignment hearing has been rescheduled for May 24th.
Barring any more legal delays, PF should enter his plea on that date.

The wheels of justice grind exceedingly slow.
In the meantime, PF sits stewing in the pokey.
There's that, at least.
