During a trip to shoe horses, Moore said Frazee said he was having trouble with somebody and told them that “kids go missing all the time from playgrounds and schoolyards.” Moore said he told him he shouldn’t say those things, though Frazee said he was kidding.

Re: having her followed

During that summer, Moore said, Frazee told him about how he had people spying on or watching Berreth and taking pictures of her because he said he wanted to sue her for custody of Kaylee.

Friend testifies Frazee said, ‘I figured out a way to kill her’

yes! so I hate to say it...I thought she was full of it saying that....but now , gawd I hate to say it but I believe she felt a legit threat there. I was so "whatever girl, sthu!" but now, well I have to think twice about it. At least that she felt threatened. I still think he was full of it though...but he convinced her.

what bothers me about the tooth at KB’s home....PF was in such a rage , eventually chasing poor KB around and mad she lived as long as she did...how in the heck did he know that a tooth was in the vent....did he see it fly, did he walk around looking at his trophy mess....who goes and looks for a tooth in a vent? Did he plant it for KK to retrieve to see if she followed his instructions? I guess people like him...just more proof how evil he is...

And KK looks totally pathetic to me as she recounts her history with PF.

I mean, not ONCE does she ever say that he tells her that he loves her.

Some say that she was obsessed with PF, and maybe she was? But you would think that she would somehow imply that PF told her that if KB were gone that they would be together.

Not one time is this ever mentioned. PF chose HER because he thought she loved him enough to actually do it. Turns out, he was wrong, and I think that played into his rage. MOO

It is really really sad. KK is a damaged person to have such low self worth that she would tie herself to this guy. Something is very wrong with KK, who thinks it’s no big thing that the guy she wants to be in a relationship with or her best friend or whatever he was to her... not only wants to have his baby’s mom dead, but would prefer KK do the deed for him!!! I’m glad she did not follow through and kill Kelsey herself... she’s destroyed her life enough with the parts she did participate in. All for some abusive jerk who never loved her.

Or maybe he tried to pick it up, but it was slippery and it fell into the grate...

It's the narc cycle...she is queen, then devalued, then discarded. It's what they do..over and over. He did it to ex-gf in jail, he did it to KK (ultimate discarding part would have been her taking the hit for KBs murder) and he did it to KB.

And how many more who may be testifying next week? I wonder.

Frazee said during one call with Moore that their conversation “was being recorded” but he felt like he needed to ask if anything was “disrupted by the red barn” which Moore understood as the red barn at Nash Ranch. Moore said no, and Frazee said, “Oh, alright, just curious.” This phone call had indeed been recorded and was played in court Friday afternoon.

After this call, Moore immediately called Frazee’s attorney and then law enforcement. ...

1. Wasn't there something stated right before the trial or at the beginning about a recorded call from the Jail that occurred back in February 2019? If I recall, we hadn't seen it in any of the warrants, etc. Perhaps this is the "recorded call" that Moore is referencing. I may have my cases mixed up.
2. I am sure I am not alone loving all these bomb shells (evidence, facts) being presented one after another. We are getting closer and closer to justice for KB and family. These bomb shells have also seemed to help simmer down some of the posts that were rampant and ludicrous two or three days ago. I am referring to the ones that, in my opinion, seemed to be written with the purpose to cause discontent, and were lacking rationale. I am all for respectful discussion and obviously there will be differing of opinions, but what we experienced here on consecutive days this week seemed like a deliberate annoyance. While many of you highly engaged sleuths tactfully interacted, I kept looking for the STFU button (ok, my momma raised me better than that, the STHU button) but all I could find was the Like +Quote and Reply buttons!

We have been presented with a great deal of evidence regarding the murder of Kelsey, many ridiculous actions by PF.
Then a history of how he treated women, animals and blabber mouthing critical, dangerous thoughts.
PF is living with his mother.
Could PF be 'sub standard' in intelligence, which explains the murder findings.

The fact he knew his call was being recorded and yet he still goes on to ask someone if the red barn at Nash Ranch was tore apart by LE yet. Well, Mr Freeze, if they had not searched it by then, they surely would after that recorded phone call.

ETA - Assuming this call was from jail but maybe not. Maybe he just assumed they were tapping into his calls by then.

likely. It happens in literally all my trials. In California we call it an 1118 motion (penal code section) and it’s routinely denied. But I guess they figure why not throw it out and see what sticks?

If Steigerweld gets up and asks for a dismissal on the grounds of "lack of evidence", Judge Sells will burst out in laughter and yell, "You've got to be freakin' kidding me!!" Where the heck have YOU BEEN?? Then promptly sentences himself to 6 months in jail for breaking his own decorum order Not to mention everyone else in the gallery.
